Perfect space for our family, plus our two dogs - felt cosy yet very spacious. Couldn't ask for a better location directly across from the beach and a 4 min walk to the main shops

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Helen was responsive, flexible and made things very easy for us from the onset as well as giving us great recommendations and the location is just moments away from the beautiful backbeach where you can observe an enviable sunset each day. House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Amanda’s place was perfect for our family visit, with a great location just seconds away from Beaumaris concourse. Clean, comfortable, nice outdoor seating area, and Amanda was an excellent communicator.

Lana’s villa was the perfect spot for a mid-summer family getaway! Not only was it cute, clean and fully equipped, It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, local cafes, playgrounds and shops. Lana was super quick to respond to messages and so helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time in her lovely space & can’t wait to be back again soon!

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A one of a kind property directly opposite the beach. We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home with unique and interesting decorative features throughout. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking. Would recommend for big families or two families, as there is a whole separate apartment downstairs with its own kitchen. Only downside was that we had to bring our own gas bottle for the BBQ.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

This was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first. It's just great for pets: the enclosed yard is spacious so you can just let the doggo go outside and wander without worrying. The broader grounds are lovely. You feel like you are out in the country but if you forgot something, the Torquay shops are just a 10 min drive away. The animals, trampoline, pool, and ping pong are all great for the whole family. Terry is just lovely to chat with and very helpful if you need anything. Finally, check out the Great Ocean Road nursery and café just two doors down — delicious food and coffee and a very pleasant spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

If you’re looking for a luxury escape this it certainly it! A modern home which has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and an ensuite which simply must be seen to be believed. The pool and spa were great, love the temperature of the spa for cool days and evenings.

Our multigenerational family group loved our stay at Nena's gorgeous home! We were wowed by the architecture and spaciousness, and especially loved that each of the 5 bedrooms had its own ensuite. The younger generation made good use of the large media room, perfect for the rainy weekend, while the older folks relaxed in the comfortable lounge room with views over the lovely pool. We've never seen a house so well-equipped for large groups, including a very large dining table, big fridge and two dishwashers. The main bedroom is massive with a hotel-style ensuite. One tip would be to bring your sleep mask for this bedroom, however, as light from the ensuite windows enters the bedroom. We also loved the sweeping views of the bay from the main bedroom and entry foyer. Nena was an excellent communicator and generously allowed us a late check-out. We can't wait to return!

We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

What a place to stay! We booked last minute for a long weekend with 3 couples and it was the perfect place for that. (you could easily have 4 couples or large family) Everyone had their privacy and space if and when needed, with the different living spaces on the 3 levels. The home had everything we needed for our stay - we even made use of the heated pool. While it is small - it was still great. The location is peaceful, with easy walks around the marina and to the beach if you wanted to. The cafe / restaurant 'Martha's Table' was a standout to the location - great friendly staff, great food in the restaurant & cafe. Highly recommend the property and would definitely stay again when needing a larger space. Thank you Allan.
