Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

We loved our stay here!! The view is absolutely beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and it was super clean. There is also a train station right down the road for an easy train ride into Florence if that is something you are wanting to do. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Exclusive Resort W/ Pool & Waterfall - A11

The complex is a jewel in Tuscany and must get 5 stars. The location in the countryside directly on the creek with the wonderful opportunity for swimming and the cooling effect at night is a unique selling point. The pool is also super nice, large (7x14), is regularly maintained and offers - due to the location above the complex (only a few steps walk) - a great view of the valley. Our rooms with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (!) were very spacious and very clean, as was the associated outdoor area with seating. Tennis court is a bit worn, but usable. Washing machine works. The complex and the apartment are much nicer and more spacious than shown in the photos (they should definitely be updated). Communication with the provider was perfect, the on-site support was very nice. Small things like kitchen equipment (in Italy) can always be improved, but that does not affect the stay in any way.

A beautiful experience, in contact with nature, the house has everything you need, exceptional cleanliness. In the fridge, I found a beer, bottles of water, and milk, and in the pantry, there were also snacks for breakfast. Benedetta was very kind, she sent me all the directions, she checked that the Internet worked, which I needed for work. I'd love to come back. Thanks for everything!

Giulia and her family have these magnificent apartments surrounded by nature, where everything is made with soul. Photos don’t do justice to the beauty you’ll find here. From the moment you arrive, you feel the love of the villa’s owners: neat vineyards, thoughtful landscaping, flowers, cleanliness—it’s like a fairytale. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy scenic views and birdsong, this is it. The hilltop location offers stunning views, and the grounds include a small church, vineyards, panoramic pool, playground, ping pong table, and a lovely resident donkey named Pedro. We appreciated the coffee machine with capsules for the whole stay, and the welcoming gift of wine and olive oil. Special thanks to Giulia for the amazing winery tour and tasting—we’ll definitely be back!

Raffaele and Federica are great hosts, they are always available and at the same time give you the necessary freedom. The accommodation is beautiful, especially the view from the terrace and the hot tub. The way to the accommodation is a bit adventurous, but you quickly get used to it. For all those who are looking for some peace and quiet for two and are not bothered by insects of any kind, this is the perfect accommodation!

We liked the accommodation, very spacious, very clean, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, we arrived late, there was contactless check-in, which is very convenient for late check-in. Hassle-free parking.
