This is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent during times of the year when we do not use it. It has a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with armchairs and a wood-burning stove for which we leave firewood available. There is a heater in the bedroom. Wi-Fi service is available.

Relax in our Beach House, in direct contact with nature. Located in the Alfar Forest Reserve, just 1 block from the best beaches in southern Mar del Plata and a few blocks from the Peralta Ramos Forest. It is a bright and spacious place with a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Comfortable bed with a huge window full of plants.
