Hotel holiday rentals in Los Ayala

We were very pleased with the personal service that Bryan provided. We wee very angry with the timeshare presenters. They wee dishonest and did not provide what was promised. Example: 0ne hour presentation, tour of the property, ride on gondola and Crater show. They were given ample opportunity to correct their oversight. They also requested that we tip the waiters for the “free breakfast”. We noticed that this was a common practice. At other tables, the presenters would tell their guests they left their wallets in the office. They are very skilled and well trained. They could give a graduate class in timeshare sales techniques.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Me gustó mucho el Lugar su ubicación la zona todo cercas farmacias, oxxos , lugares para desayunar. Ahuq fue molesto lo de las escaleras Se recompensó con el fabuloso balcón q nos tocó y valió la pena con una vista tan agradable todo el personal muy agradable y muy amable siempre al pendiente y sobre todo muy limpio Espero regresar pronto amo Vallarta

This was a good location to avoid the noise of town at night, however there was a little bit of construction noise as per the description of the property. It was a walk up a hill back from town but definitely easy to walk to and from town. The view from the pool was definitely the best part, epic sunset spot and pool was nice and cool

Fantastic unit with incredible views. There were no photos of the rooftop infinity pool in this listing and it is absolutely amazing. Huge selling point. The balcony is huge and had a great time enjoying my mornings out there. Location is just removed enough from the chaos but a five minute walk gets you there. They are building a high rise across the street so we did have construction noise the entire time but that was ok. I enjoy cooking on vacation and there were not basic spices or anything to cook with, so I had to buy that but again minor. Loved this place!!

Pablo and Priscilla were incredible hosts! The space they have created is stunning and the vibe was just what we were looking for. The shared kitchen had everything and more and the rooms were very clean, despite being in the jungle! The pool, yoga studio and outdoor seating were serene. Highly recommend if you are able to walk long distances and up an incline as it is up higher from the town but worth it! We will return!

Excelente lugar para llegar, muy limpio, Reginald fue muy atento y agradable. El área de la alberca muy limpio y cómodo, y playa está muy cerca, y sola, eso fue algo muy bueno, era casi playa privada.

Abel was always very quick to respond! The place was clean, perfectly accurate to the description, and a stunning view! We were there for a destination wedding and everything worked out perfectly! It is walkable to the Marina and you get access to the pool, beach, and more! Will definitely be using again! Highly recommended!

The Sheraton vacation Resort has amazing facilites including pools , restaurants etc , as Tara described . We received an Apartment with full view to the ocean , we walked to the Malecon a couple of days and is a 15 min walk the supermarket is 10 min walk , however there is a mini market inside the facility for basics . Hotel staff very friendly . A recommended place to stay . Communication with Tara very fluent .

El alojamiento de Irma es muy cómodo y bonito. Estuvimos muy a gusto ahí.

I am a female solo traveler and at times it can be very daunting. I remember my mum called me worried, asking if I felt safe. I told my mum, "I feel like I'm at home". There are parts of traveling that will stay with me forever, and this is one: I had been feeling sick after attending a temezcal ceremony, and Rossy, the House Manager knocked on my door late at night. She apologized profusely for waking me up and said she hadn't seen me all day and was worried. She went and got me water and ensured I was fine. As a woman alone, to know that people can see you and care for you means the world. Thank you so much Rossy. The textured sink, the brightly embellished pillows and a quaint balcony that overlooked the pool and fountains showed me how much love was placed into Susie and Andrea's. I adored the location. I felt safe walking at night and getting midnight tacos oozing with flavour (T'Carbon is phenomenal) and observing the market during the day. I will always stay here if in PVR.

Me encantó hospedarme aquí, Brian es un anfitrión increíble, muy amable y brinda el mejor servicio a sus huéspedes. En todo momento súper al pendiente y muy atento. Gracias por tus atenciones y por tu hospitalidad! El lugar está muy bonito, la habitación perfecta y muy cómoda. Es un lugar tranquilo y está cerca de todo. La alberca fue mi parte favorita, ver el atardecer desde ahí fue hermoso! Definitivamente volveremos :)

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! Casa Hawaiian is a stand alone building on the Casa Kukana property so it feels very private and yet you have access to the gorgeous pool and grounds (and most importantly the 3 friendly Great Danes who occasionally wander through!). We barely saw a soul the whole time so it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. The casita is super comfortable with a great king size bed, A/C in the bedroom, a clean and spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen/ living area. We used Suzanne’s suggested taxi driver Miguel to pick us up by the PV airport and stopped at La Comer for groceries on the way to Sayulita which made for a very seamless experience. We opted not to rent a golf cart because I’m an insane New Yorker who likes to walk everywhere but if you’re less into walking in general you’ll want to rent a cart/ ATV to navigate the hills and town. Highly recommend a stay with Suzanne, Summer and Taylor!

Casa Nawalli is a beautiful oasis in Sayulita. My sister and I just had 8 wonderful nights at this place. I somehow think that the heart of Sayulita is to be found in the gardens of Casa Nawalli and in the hearts of Jerome and his friends/coworkers. Jerome will do everything to make your stay amazing; from extending nights, renting you golfcar, fixing surfclasses, arranging laundry, arranging friends for airport-pickup etc. Casa Nawalli is situated about 5 minutes walking distance from the town of Sayulita and 2 minutes walking distance from the north side of the beach (calmer and nicer beach-area). We were looking for a calm, tranquil week of harmony and got this at Casa Nawalli. We really did. And we were so glad we chose this place. Ecpecially when we experienced the noise and partying downtown Sayulita. The oasis even has its own beautiful pool with sun from morning to night, there’s bonfire and nice hangout areas, quiet and peaceful garden. Jeromes friends also makes and serves tasty breakfast, coffee, tea and bananabread every morning with a smile. I don’t usually writes recommendations at hotels, but this place were for me kind of magical. And, the best coffee is right across the street at North side café (local regular coffee) and the best tacos in town is just around the corner next to Estrella de Mar Mariscos (sadly I don’t remember the name pf the place, but go there). El lugar muy cómodo y justo como lo muestran las fotos. Me volvería a hospedar.

Estuvo bueno el lugar muy calmado y luego muy cerca de la playa pero muy bien todo la verdad si me volvería a quedar de nuevo

es un espacio.muy agradable y está muy cerca de la avenida principal de pueblo donde puedes conseguir lo que necesites para cocinar o buenos restaurantes.

Liz fue muy amable, llegamos de noche y nos recibió sin problemas. La casa estaba muy linda, muy limpia con aire acondicionado y el baño muy completo tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Ideal para vacacionar, instalaciones impecables, limpias y hermosas, un lugar tranquilo y con todas las comodidades, la playa queda a una cuadra y en la habitación cuentan con todo para que pases unos días espectaculares, sillas, sombrillas, cafetera, hornito, todo en excelentes condiciones, súper recomendable y mi familia y yo volveremos sin duda el siguiente año.
