This penthouse with an elevator is situated on third beach line, approx. 100 m. from the beach, 200 m. from the train station. Restaurants & cafes and grocery store around the corner. 1 double bed, 180 cm, extra bed to role out 80 cm x 200 cm in the living room, a sofa, can accommodate a child under 150 cm. Full functional kitchen as well as dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

Cozy apartment with roof terrace

Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is at the top of the house with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

Great apartment of 60 m2 of new construction located in the central Calle España, in the best area of Fuengirola, just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade, surrounded by all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, recreational, parks, etc. The apartment is fully equipped with everything our guests need. And it has: air conditioning, wifi, utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc. Check-in will be after 15.00 and check out around 10.00 in the morning.

Just had a very comfortable stay in Los Boliches. Check in was very easy, the apartment was clean, had an excellent shower, air conditioning worked and the bed was large and comfortable. Just right for 2 people. We only made coffee and chose not to cook as we made the most of the restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed the chiringuito Kalifato on Caravajal beach one lunchtime, and El Rio restaurant. Used public transport to Mijas, had good tapas at Oscar's tapas bar there . The beach near the apartment is really good not busy at this time of year. An added bonus was they opened the pool early as the weather has been so hot so we used the pool for the the last 2 days. The view of the sea and the pool was lovely. We recommend this apartment and would love to return. Muchos Gathias Atsys.

The apartment is great, new, very well located near restaurants and shops but in a quiet area and without noise, the beach is next door. A 10 in cleaning. Sofia was very attentive, responding very quickly to messages. We loved the experience, we will definitely be back.

Sunny & cosy beach penthouse

the cottage was perfect!! enjoyed every day from the balcony and roof terrace. extremely good service, some things were missing and they came by the same day to bring them! incredibly nice location, beautiful street and close to the beach. highly recommended!!
