Living Space - smart TV for streaming netflix, disney, prime etc. There is no daily housekeeping. If you need extra towels, we can supply them for an additional fee. A small courtesy amenities kit is included at check in, but as this is a self serviced apartment, you’ll need to restock anything you require during your stay. A high-chair and travel cot (linen for bedding not included) are available upon request in the room for an extra fee. The cost for the duration of the stay is €25 for the pack and play crib and €15 for the high chair. Property sleeps max 3 people. Do not accept parties/gatherings/ Bachelorette and Bachelor parties. This property is strictly non smoking. You will have private access to the entire apartment, the entrance, and internal stairs and lift of the building is shared with residents of the building. You shall not use the room for any commercial purpose, such as social gatherings and parties. When you do have the air conditioning or heating on make sure to close the windows. Coziest apartment in Playa Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is on topfloor with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.
