Beachfront holiday rental in Los Cobanos

This place was amazing. It accommodated our whole group. Everything was perfect the rooms were spacious, the mango & coconut trees, the pool was clean, the view to the ocean everything was great. The keeper Don Salvador was very helpful & responded to any concerns we had and Doña Lucinda who we got to cook for us her food was amazing. We were all very happy & would definitely return here if possible.

Highly recommended place. With my family, this is the second time we've visited it and it's super spectacular.

We had an amazing stay at the property! The views are stunning, and the gazebo right by the beach is a perfect spot to relax. Each room has A/C and a private bathroom, which is definitely a plus. The caretakers were wonderful—always helpful and attentive. My only suggestions would be to update some of the lamps, as a few weren’t working, and to seal the gaps in the walls to prevent geckos from getting inside the rooms. The beach can be a bit dirty due to trash washing up during high tide, but that’s not the owner’s fault. I gave the caretakers a bit extra to help keep the beachfront clean. The road leading to the house is quite bumpy since it’s a dirt road—hopefully, the local government will improve it as tourism grows in El Salvador. Other than that, it’s an incredible place, and I would absolutely stay there again! Bonus: the market is just 10 minutes away—perfect for picking up supplies or ingredients to cook at the house. We had pupusas and they were delicious!

Absolutely beautiful home. Very spacious and amazing service from the local person there. The food offered was amazing. All the rooms had ac. Plenty of area to entertain. Kitchen had everything you need and some. There’s a restaurant in walking distance. The beach was beautiful but not the best location to get in the water but the local host is knowledgeable on when it’s low tide and when safer to enjoy the beach. Having access to person who knows the area was a huge plus. Very friendly and attentive. If you are not used to driving 4x4 then you would have to depend on boat transfer which isn’t really convenient so definitely recommend having someone who feels secure driving on the beach. Definitely loved the privacy and serene views. Area is quiet and the home is very spacious. Food offered was 10/10. Can definitely see us returning.

The house is very nice, spacious, clean and very comfortable for large groups, a nice room on the beach from where you have an excellent view of the beach. Equipped with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing. They were very attentive to everything being well and attentive to our needs

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s looks just like the photos. You feels right at home. The beach view is beautiful. The communication is really good, they work with me to meet my family needs. The person taking care of the house is great, Friendly, respectful and helpful. Overall we had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will stay here again.

Our family group from the boys to the big ones we enjoyed each space. What we liked the most was the cool pool and with the detail of having good shade, many trees around. Although an inconvenience arose before entering Mauricio managed to solve and that we all manage to enjoy. A place we would come back to. The beach is beautiful and private

This was our first time visiting Barra de Santiago, and it was amazing. The little beach house was cozy, peaceful, and just steps from the ocean. Max was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

There really aren't enough words to describe this property. I was apart of a group of 4, and each of us agreed this was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It is fully immersed in nature, with gorgeous views of the ocean, amenities, and is within a 5 minute drive of beaches and restaurants. The home is exactly as it appears in photos, but somehow the pictures don't do it justice. It was extremely clean; we felt completely safe in the home; the hosts were impeccable in their communication with us both prior to and during the trip with quick response times; they helped us coordinate transportation and massages the day we arrived. A couple things to be aware of (but none of these are dealbreakers): the location of the home is a bit tricky to navigate but Manuel was very helpful; you are in a tropical environment, so bring bug spray and keep your doors closed if possible; the home is split into 2 units with separate entrances for each. Would 100% recommend and return here!

We’ve been living in El Salvador for 2 years and this is the first place we’ve gone back to twice. It is simply a beautiful, peaceful experience. Being nestled between the beach and the estuary is incredible. The housekeeper arranged a boat ride through the crocodile preserve, as well as getting and cooking us the best fish I’ve had in a long time. Amazing place.

My family and I had a spectacular time. When I read Paola's review about the place, it really convinced me. I immediately connected. The reality exceeded our expectations. The place is a paradise. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, and has details that make it very cozy. I also want to acknowledge the attentiveness of Tulio and Loli. They are very attentive and helpful, always looking out for us. They have a great sense of service. Thank you Paola, for sharing your favorite place in the world!!!! Highly recommended

Beautiful place to spend the night with the family, it has an amazing pool with a small one for children. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. In short, a very comfortable and cozy beach house with a beautiful view of the sea. Very good service from the host Wendy and Glenda. I will definitely rent this ranch again on my next visit to El Salvador.

Ramiro has a beautiful place, peaceful and in a great location. Ramiro is a wonderful host very helpful and responsive to accomodate all request within minutes. We will return and will recomend it to everyone. This is a hidden treasure.

We loved the house, enough space for 5 families, 17 among adults, teenagers, a boy and a baby. All happy with the spaces and the rooms and the place. The house is not only spacious if it does not have different areas where the entire group or different groups can be installed without problems. We had a great time. The beach directly in front and beautiful. Some minor inconveniences that were addressed and resolved by the hosts. The whole group is very happy, so invite back again.

This spot was 10/10 we all fell so in love! The groundskeeper, Zulma, was so attentive and welcoming. The outdoors showers were perfect for keeping us cool the entire stay. Keep in mind this is a home embraced by nature so it is impossible to keep every inch of the house impeccably clean and free of bugs, however, the home is very comfortable and worth the experience. Easy beach access just steps away from the home. Will come back and stay here again!

Vanessa’s Airbnb was beautiful inside and out. The views from the second floor balcony alone make it worth it! We enjoyed our private pool and having beach access from the backyard. There is a lot of attention to detail put into the grounds and the house itself and they ensure you will have a lovely stay. There are staff that occasionally attend to things on the property, so you may see them from time to time. This wasn't an issue for us. The property felt secure. We have already decided to come back upon our return!!
