Overall great stay. It’s in close proximity to downtown. I would recommend. They were very accommodating for any issue there may have had.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was everything described in the listing, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed , it smelled so clean when we arrived, the home is beautiful and located in a beautiful gated community. The host was very responsive and attentive. The location was literally minutes from the airport, grocery stores, and malls. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

We had a great stay with Larissa who was waiting for us with her husband at 1am! A very warm welcome! We really appreciated having the feeling of being welcomed by friends. The house is very comfortable and was very very clean. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops of nd restaurant. No noise in the evening from the street despite the proximity of the shops! I highly recommend this place! We left at 2:30 in the morning and Larissa and her husband came to say goodbye to us. Very, very professional. Thank you Larissa ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed for our visit. It’s conveniently located & easy to walk to the beach, restaurants & stores. The hosts are really responsive & helpful. It was a great fit for our family vacation.

We stayed several days at the unit Gabriel happened to be in the neighborhood and stoped by to welcome us a great gesture showed us a tour of the unit and gave us a quick rundown of the area extremely friendly and a very nice touch would stay again and recommend to others

Julio’s place is a oasis in Playa Bávaro. We were scammed by different hotels and found ourselves without a place to sleep by 10pm, in a weird state. We found Julio’s home by indication from a security guard and he promptly opened his house for us, he was a life savior and very helpful throughout it all. I highly recommend staying here, forget about any hotel you have seen, this is the best location and secure.

The house was very nice, spacious, and clean—exactly as pictured. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the pool was the perfect size and very clean—great for relaxing during our stay. The host was super helpful, quick to respond, and even sent us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our trip even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in downtown Punta Cana for Mother’s Day weekend and it was like a private resort. The house was clean, spacious, and actually a paradise with a beautiful pool in the backyard and areas for grilling and games. The host was welcoming and responsive, and the location was peaceful yet close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We’re already planning our next visit!

Great Place Super Clean And Private. Best Part Was The Host Cuba. He Helped Get Groceries And Suggested Places To Eat. We Got Alittle Loud One Night And Cuba Came Friendly As Can Be And Asked To Quiet Down. We Even Got A Souvenir Cup. Will Definitely Be Back Whenever I'm In Punta Cana. Casa Caribe was in a beautiful location. The views are spectacular---right on the beach. There was so much to do here. Some of the best restaurants are walkable from the villa. Castaways, La Bruja, Citrus are just a few of the excellent restaurants you can walk to. There is also a company right on the beach that you can order drinks and food from. Soles Beach Club is also only mere steps away and is a good place to grab drinks, food, and buy souvenirs. The villa itself was very clean and as described. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. It was nice to sit on the large balcony on the top floor and watch all of the boats and look at that beautiful water. The house manager, Piero, was incredibly responsive and always checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He went out of the way to make sure we had a great stay. From setting up dinner reservations to recommending things to do---Piero made our stay great! Highly recommend staying here!

I loved my stay at this place. The location is perfect, close to Downtown Punta Cana, with everything nearby and easily accessible. The security of the complex is excellent, everything is very clean both inside the house and in the common areas. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are in perfect condition and the kitchen has everything you need for an excellent stay. I would definitely go back and recommend it 100%.

This stay in Punta Cana was one of my best Airbnb experiences of all time! The house l, space, and location were great, but Yvette’s work as the host is what put this one over the top. She was flexible and helpful on all fronts. We opted in for two nights of a chef cooking in the house for our group and we recommend that to everyone!! Get the Red Snapper! Looking forward to our next trip already.

A place I would definitely return to; it's very peaceful. The private pool was the best part, very clean. In this case, I went with my partner, and it was the best, all the privacy and the good moments were amazing.

I've been to a lot of places in the area - and this was by far the best of all. Very nice environment, quiet, safe and the absolute highlight was the mega comfortable bed. Large great rooms and closets with lots of stauram. The two bathrooms, perfect. Very fair prices for such a great villa with a nice pool and outdoor area.

Isael was great. The home was gorgeous and comfortable. Please use your electricity with caution, I kept running out of electricity. Overall, I would highly recommend,

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Vista Cana! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained. Each guest had their own private bathroom, which made for such a comfortable and convenient stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, and the amenities of Vista Cana (man made beach, restaurants, and beach bar with a DJ!) The villa is also very well-located, with easy access to nearby downtown (only a few minutes away). The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and was there whenever something came up. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay here. There is more than enough room for up to 6 people to stay comfortably. You are in walking distance to a couple of mini marts for small items. It’s about 1.5 miles to get to downtown Punta Cana which was great. Jasmin was very quick with responses and help when needed. Great place.

Julia’s place was as described in the photos. I felt at home my entire trip. Very quiet neighborhood. Julia is very responsive, she’s just amazing at what she’s does and I would definitely stay here again.
