Equipped modern cabin,everything is very clean and tidy , comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, comfortable and very clean spacious bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. Host concerned about every detail, I had the cabaña calientita upon our arrival ..as we were not in a vehicle... the time was given to look for us and then to leave...account in addition with vehicle for rent ... Wonderful environment,quiet , no noise ,ideal if you are looking for disconnection . Highly recommended ...when I return to Puerto Varas ..I'll be staying at the same place again

Excellent location, very easy to get to and Ricardo is an excellent host. Everything was impeccable at check-in and even the photos didn't do justice to how beautiful and cozy the place is. It is close to jumbo and the locomotive passes right next to it. It is also close to the new subway that connects to Puerto Varas.

Excellent Depto. Very Central, steps from supermarkets, the mall, the bus terminal, Plaza de armas. I loved it, I would definitely go back to Carlos's apartment.

My stay in Chonchi was just wonderful. The cottage is fully equipped, very comfortable and cozy, ideal to rest and enjoy the tranquility of the place. In addition, its location is excellent, just steps away from the city center, which makes it very easy to get around without the need for a vehicle. The hosts were very nice and always attentive to any request. Undoubtedly, a 100% recommended place for those who want to know and enjoy Chiloé.

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

i host my elderly aunt, the apartment located right outside the elevator, I would only recommend a grip bar in the shower for the elderly but it is not limiting

Rodolfo was very kind and pleasant. His apartment had everything you needed, tidy and clean. Just suggest the addition of some kitchen utensils (strainer, variety of utensils or an electronic oven) but nothing too serious. The place is quiet and the apartment is well maintained.
