Everything ok, it is a nice apartment, well located, clean, comfortable and in a quiet place. Facing the beach and with everything you need to have a good stay. Communication with Hernan was very good and we had no problems. Happy we would come back!!

The only thing they could add is that there is no elevator for people with limited mobility, otherwise the accommodation met my expectations

The apartment is beautiful, just as published in the photographs. The terrace is very spacious and allows you to share and view the beach, a very beautiful view. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are fully equipped. The environment is super quiet so resting and disconnecting is possible. Roberto was very attentive and gave clear instructions about the stay, arrival, access, etc. It's a really cozy place that we'd go back to without thinking. 100% recommended.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated. The place was inviting you to rest, quiet space and with a beautiful view. The large windows allow the sun to illuminate every space every morning. The apartment has everything, you should not carry or towels, the kitchen is very well equipped, so it was very good. Teresa un Siete, in addition to being friendly, immediately responded to my inquiries and resolved in a very short time. In short, it was exactly what we needed these days.

We were very happy with the accommodation, full equipped, amenities and wonderful spaces to share as a family. We felt calm for the safety of being in the condominium and the security that I watched at night. We took advantage of the grill and pool. Very grateful to have rested in your house this long

The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to spend a good weekend. When I arrived, the heater was on, making the space very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra blanket for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One day, the water in the shower came out cold. I had to wait half an hour for it to warm up. The only negative thing I can say is that the apartment was dirty. I looked under the bed for a sock and noticed that it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another problem I had was with the address. The street name is incorrect on Google Maps. You have to follow the location that Daniela sends and not the address that appears on Airbnb.

Francisco was an excellent host. The house is beautiful, impeccable, the same or better than the photos. The house is designed to be with children, everything organized and very clean. There is a playhouse in the yard that my children enjoyed very much. We would definitely come back, it was a super pleasant experience.

The house looks all redone on the inside and is in a beautiful spot right on the ocean. Claudio showed us around the place and was very friendly. We loved staying there and would like to have stayed longer but unfortunately the space was already booked. I highly recommend spending at least one night here. Thank you Claudio, we will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Chile.

Linda casa has everything you need to be very comfortable. We felt like in a quiet place, it was a few days but we had a great time!! we hope to return.

The house is beautiful, large, bright and has everything you need to spend a rest stay. And if you go with children, there is a space with a table, chair, bookshelf, games, activities, pencils etc. My son used them a lot, he was very comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and nice. I recommend it 100%

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendation, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But in general everything was very good. Highly recommended.

We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

The central square is two blocks away, very close, with a supermarket and several businesses, and the beach is also very close to walk to from the apartment.
