XC ski 2 mi away after snowstorms + more above Chama/Los Alamos/Taos. Downhill ski in Santa Fe or Taos- 1.5 hr.

My little cabin sits on 20 acres, right off HIGHWAY 285. Only 720 sq ft, it offers two bedrooms and a great kitchen plus washer and dryer and full bath. We have new hiking trails on the thirty acres around us. One can also walk right into the Carson National Forest and have another 40,00 acres to roam. 59 miles to Santa Fe, 35 miles to Taos. 3 RV hookups for extra charge. Horses allowed. High speed internet! We must haul water in so PLEASE CONSERVE! 5 minutes to the hot springs

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!

Get away from the city life in this two bedroom, one bath home, perfect for a weekend or week long getaway! Close to Heron & El Vado Lakes and Cumbres & Toltec Railroad. 40 miles to Pagosa Springs. Please note there is one step from the kitchen into the dining room & two steps into the second bedroom. Enjoy the cozy woodstove in the fall and winter.
