You need to go up and down stairs to access the different areas of the villa. Early and late check-in only for an additional 25%.

private entry to the rio/river was amazing literally right behind the property. quiet location with a small store conveniently at the end of the street. It is a Rock Road so slightly difficult to walk for maybe elderly people. Store closed early. everyone in town was extremely helpful if you just stop them to ask they would give you a ride anywhere or help you obtain anything you need I just kept giving people 2 or 3 dollars to help me and they were more than willing even giving me their phone numbers to help for the next day's

Thank you for this wonderful stay. We had a wonderful time and recommend the accommodation. The view is beautiful. La Casita no. 1 is a wonderful place to relax. José and his wife are very kind and welcoming people. The contact with Ana was very good. We arrived by car from Santo Domingo. Follow the instructions and the trip will be a breeze. We felt so comfortable. It is a magical place, designed with great affection. The facilities are very good.

We loved this house. I went with my family and since we arrived we have felt at home. It's super cozy, a very nice decoration, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for relaxing, spending time with family, and unwinding in a peaceful environment. In addition, the host was a 10/10, super attentive, kind and always making sure that everything was perfect. The experience was excellent and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.

A very private place, quiet and nice! I loved the open space with everything you need for a good instance. My dogs had a wonderful time, the river is in front and we enjoyed it. When we arrived it was raining and even so the space is nice and comfortable. Thank you.
