We loved staying at Pilar’s lovely apartment. It was beautifully decorated. It’s in the heart of Seville. I would definitely recommend

Such a lovely place - the terrace was definitely a highlight and was a great way to spend some time outside, away from the heat. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and only 20 minutes walk from the centre. Lovely host - very good communication and extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend this place.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb of all times. It had a prove court years and pool to just hang out in the heat of the day. The apartment is massive and super clean and new. The ambiance is amazing - better than the photos and I really loved the hand painted library walls in the bathroom. The kitchen is new. But my favorite was the lounger in the entry room. The location was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. If we come back to Seville this is the only place I would stay!!

Todo a ido muy bien, la única pega fueron los mosquitos y alguna tela de araña pero por lo demás todo muy limpio , buena comunicación con el anfitrión muy dispuesto en todo momento.

If I could give this place a 6 out of 5, I would. This truly was the perfect Airbnb. Our host Barbara was the most delightful person. Super helpful and always contactable. The apartment is immaculate, spacious and ideally located with superb views from every window and the rooftop terrace. If ever we return to Seville, we will be booking this accommodation without hesitation. It’s a 6.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Le logement est superbe : un design épuré, parfaitement équilibré entre le moderne et le traditionnel. Très bien équipé, propre, décoré avec goût… on s’y sent tout de suite bien. La ville est pleine de charme, avec ses ruelles paisibles où il fait bon se balader. Le supermarché à 2 minutes à pied est très pratique. Seul petit point à noter : le stationnement peut être compliqué, surtout pendant la Semana Santa. Mais cela ne gâche en rien l’expérience. La localisation est idéale, à environ 30 minutes de Séville, ce qui permet d’explorer la région facilement. Mention spéciale au propriétaire, extrêmement réactif, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. Un vrai sens de l’accueil qui fait toute la différence. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Die beste Ferienwohnung aller Zeiten!!! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der besten Lage von Sevilla. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen: La Catedral, el Parque María Luisa, la Seta von Sevilla, la Plaza España etc. Darüber hinaus hat man viele Restaurants, Apotheken, Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte praktisch vor der Tür. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sie hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Zugang ins Haus sowie in die Wohnung geschah schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pastora geschah reibungslos. Das Gebäude hat einen Fahrstuhl und einen eigenen Müllkontainer. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Aber das beste für mich war die Sauberkeit. Ich bin eine Hygienefanatikerin, die immer mit Putzmitteln verreist. Das war aber das erste Mal, dass ich eine Ferienwohnung nicht saubermachen musste und das hat viel zu sagen. Diese Wohnung würde ich immer wieder buchen!!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

As a couple in their late 50’s this place was ideal. It was in the centre of all the tourist attractions, restaurants and cafe’s. We love walking so staying here made sense as we just walked around everywhere and didn’t have to spend on tram, buses or taxi. The flat was a lovely size and had everything in it to make you comfortable. The only thing I would say as it’s above a bar/restaurant and lots of other restaurants in the area it is noisy till early parts of the morning but that didn’t bother us as we just loved how central it was to everything and we could pop in and out of the flat with ease. If you are one who needs absolute peace and quiet then this flat will not be for you. Communication was very good with the host and instructions on getting to the flat were very clear. We took the bus to and from the airport for 6 euros which was brilliant. Thank you very much Boutike for everything- we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend.

I have booked about 50 Airbnbs and this is my #1 favorite so far. There is truly 9 balconies, including a balcony in each of the 3 bedrooms with a beautiful view of the city. Our host Garlea met us in person, she was SO helpful and kind. The Airbnb was spacious, beautiful, and decorated uniquely. I truly felt like luxury. Garlea told us that our building is the only place you can actually stay in the center! The beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning kept the place very cool as it was a hot week in Sevilla! The main bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Endless restaurants and things to do that are within walking distance. Our wheel broke off of our suitcase and Garlea even recommended a local suitcase shop 3 minute walk away where they repaired it in 5 minutes! Incredible price for this extravagant place! I wish I could live here forever.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Seville! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, great restaurants, and charming local spots. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms that made it perfect for traveling with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay seamless. We really appreciated the host’s attention to detail and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville. Would absolutely stay here again!

definitely a pleasant stay! the place was at the edge of the city center, which was easy reachable by bus or as we did via e -scooter ,kinda Vespa style. The studio was clean,fresh and nith the shower was amazing with quite strong pressure! all amenities perfectly worked and I highly recommend it! the host were polite and helpful ❤️

My brother and I really enjoyed our stay in Natalia's apartment. It's comfortable and quiet with everything you need for a stay in Seville. It's only 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and Alcazar so it's a great location to see the sights too. Natalia gave us good advice to book these sights early on line, and other advice about places to go.

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting Seville. Only 30 minute bus from the city centre, this apartment is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. All amenities were provided with a very decent kitchen and courtyard. Our host Paloma was thoughtful with lots of recommendations, a bus card to use while staying and a map. Which made things so much easier! Very proactive, friendly host. Highly recommend.

Great location with parking included. Apartment is lovely and has everything you need for a city break. Host was super helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. Streets to the apartment are a little narrow so would avoid driving to the apartment if you are in a big car but otherwise we could not fault our stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Heloise's apartment exceeded expectations, and was even better than the photos suggested. Heloise's instructions regarding check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and has some lovely local bars and restaurants selling food and drink at great prices: at one particular place, my wife and I were able to buy breakfast for just €7 in total! If we return to Seville, we would 100% stay at Heloise's apartment again. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Recommended.
