There's cable TV, Wifi, electric heater, a terrace, barbecue grill and a full equipped kitchen perfect for 2. We are Gay Friendly. We allow pets up to 15 kg. There is a small market one block away. There's parking space. Owner lives in the property.

The house has a grill and, if used, it must be cleaned (there will be an additional cost of 10,000 if it is dirty).
