The location of the apartment allows you to reach the first beach within 5 minutes on foot, as well as the center.

There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

This charming captain's house built in 1851 is in the centre of Mali Losinj, just 5 minutes from the old port, near many restaurants and activities and a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, Mediterranean style, hidden garden and peaceful and convenient location. My place is good for couples, friends, families with kids.
