The Chintre is definitely a place to remember. Located in a green setting, this rural cottage is admirably run by enthusiasts of good products. But the real asset of this charming bed and breakfast is the evening table. Thierry and Jacqueline prove to be fine cooks who spoil their hosts with local products, most of which is produced on site. The atmosphere is always excellent and the guests are as thin and pleasant as the wines. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay - one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in France (and we have been to quite a few!) The photos don’t do the house justice - both the inside and outside of this property are delightful and allowed our big group their own space when they wanted it. It is in the most peaceful location with stunning views from every angle of the house and garden. The extra high chairs and cots were greatly appreciated and the little ones loved watching the deer, squirrels as rabbits in the garden and the surrounding fields. John and Sarah were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had prior to our stay - I very much hope we will have the opportunity to come back to the house in the future.

On a business trip, Nadia was very welcoming and understanding. The place is quiet and relaxing. The house is easy to access, comfortable room, easy and convenient parking.

I have never been so well received outside of my family! Spacious room, house with a lot of charm, and delicious table d'hôtes with products from the garden, all perfect for a cyclist! Recommended without hesitation, by bike or not.

We spent a few days at the Datcha. We were very well received and informed about a lot of things to do nearby. The space was very clean and spacious. Our host was lovely from start to finish. So we recommend this Airbnb without reservation!

We stayed for one night. We were able to park our car under shelter in a courtyard. We were hosted very well. Pleasant, clean and spotless accommodation. Modern bathroom. Beautiful house in which we enjoyed a small cozy apartment with all the essentials. Hearty breakfast, prepared with care, and excellent. We felt privileged. We were able to have a pleasant exchange with our host. We would highly recommend it.

Had a great two night stay at The Chateau and received an upgrade to an apartment when we arrived. Great space and character to the property. Didier was very helpful on booking in providing a local restaurants details which provided lovely fresh local food. Nothing fancy but great traditional food. The village is quiet but it was the beginning of October. Didier is a lovely host.

Our stay went very well, the welcome, the breakfast with the fruits of the garden, the pool was very nice with the high temperatures. The setting was very nice: Picnic area, rugby field, babingtone net, trampoline, covered outdoor area with a very nice little lounge. A refrigerator was available if necessary. Alain and Celine recommended some good places and local events. Nothing to say but advise you to go to Alain and Celine's!

Excellent stay in the "chalet room" at Alain's. Very nice room, functional and very well-equipped. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, and has a beautiful and large private terrace that has a comfortable garden furniture, a small dining table, a fridge and a microwave. Alain had taken care to secure it before I arrived for my 11-month-old baby. An umbrella bed and high chair were also available for my stay. Full breakfast, hearty fresh and homemade , with every day a novelty (homemade fruit salad, pancake, quiche, ...), The pool is very beautiful, clean and nice. This is a little paradise for children (swimming pool, goats, chicken coop, swing, petanque court...) Many activities are to be done nearby, the region is dynamic, we even went to visit Bordeaux. Finally, Alain is an extremely kind, dedicated and available host. Her welcome was more than perfect!

Very well hosted. Good exchanges and sharing. Comfortable and spacious room. I will come back without hesitation.

Hello, we had a pleasant time… Marianne and Christian are very warm, welcoming and sympathetic. The rooms we occupied are remarkable: large, practical, tastefully decorated. A healthy house from 1749 where it's nice to spend time and sleep. We really enjoyed the quality bedding, the large, pretty and practical shower room, and the excellent breakfast, served in front of a breathtaking 180° view… This view did not make us lose our appetite in front of a carefully prepared breakfast, a real treat. We will be happy to return. All our sympathy.

Very warm welcome like the house, very nice little touches, beautiful decoration, sleeping comfort and very nice individual shower room!! Ideally located in relation to the equestrian center, very good value for money , and English breakfast included, I love it!!! we will most certainly make a reservation!!!

Room that we booked an hour before arrival because of a mechanical issue on a travel bike. Ronald welcomed us without problem, spacious and very comfortable accommodation and appreciated lunch service. A big thank you to him for his responsiveness. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a short stay of 3 days at Claire and Marc's estate. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the estate with the pool and spa, the well-equipped and arranged studio with stunning views on a cow field where the sun sets, beautiful! But also the meal we could have had one night. We enjoyed ourselves! A big thank you to Marc and Claire for their hospitality and kindness. We were super well received. We will come back without hesitation to finish our visit to the Dordogne 😁 See you soon!

Our host was very friendly, and (coming from Dorset) we had a lot to chat about. Good French-style breakfast in the morning. great stay!
