The house has been refurbished for more comfort, it is located at the foot of the quiet Black Mountain, 2 km from the center of Labruguière, 15 minutes from Mazamet and its footbridge, 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1 hour 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Castres, 40 minutes from Albi. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible near the accommodation. Swimming pool on the property. Swimming in the lakes, farmers' market in summer in Castres, Mazamet. I will be delighted to inform you about your outings.

You will find two restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store and a tobacco store within walking distance of your residence📚. For your leisure, its body of water is equipped for fishing, playground, tennis and pétanque courts. Beautiful hikes are available from the village. 20 minutes from LAGUIOLE and the beautiful plateau of L'AUBRAC 5 minutes from the village of ESTAING.

Large studio with terrace overlooking the river

Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. Des places de parking gratuites se trouvent en face du studio (1 min de marche). Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂 voie verte toute proche.

You will be in a quiet place while being less than a kilometer from shops and swimming in the Dordogne. Close to the most beautiful villages in France, castles and gardens.

Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.

In a large contemporary wooden house located on the heights of the commune of Saint Cyprien in Corrèze, we have chosen to allocate part of our home to vacation rental to have the pleasure of discovering our beautiful environment. While in the countryside, the Tuillère cottage is also at the gates of Brive-la-Gaillarde and close to the remarkable villages of Saint-Robert, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge and the tourist sites of Dordogne and Lot.
