Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

About 10 minutes from Bastia city center, this apartment located in a very quiet environment will charm you with its unique breathtaking sea view. The ground floor opens onto a 10 m2 covered terrace; followed by an equipped kitchen and then a large room with reversible air conditioning combining a living room area and a sleeping area with a small shower room. À l’étage : chambre avec deux lits simples et chauffage ( pour l’hiver) donnant sur un filet suspendu, en dessous une cuisine ouverte. Une douche extérieure et des toilettes sèches. Notre chien Thio sera présent dans le jardin. A votre arrivée vous passerez par notre maison mais vous avez la possibilité une fois sur place d’avoir un accès indépendant.
