Akti Villas - Akti Kalou

Akti Kalou is in the most-simplest terms, on the beach. Living accommodations include 2 extremely generous master suites fully equipped with en-suites and lounging areas overlooking the beachfront. The downstairs suite is clad in traditional stone masonry and features the uniqueness of village living. Residents of this villa enjoy two large bedrooms, on separate levels with en-suites. Both bedrooms have stunning views of the beach. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed, couches, and a desk. A day bed can be provided (at additional cost) to accommodate an addition resident in each bedroom. Full closets provide space necessary to organize wardrobes and give an at-home feeling while on holiday. The two bedrooms, as well as living room are equipped with a T.V. that are connected to local Greek channels as well as the vast variety of Hotbird and Astra satellite (open) connections. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A dedicated WI-FI connection, provides reliable and fast access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave as well as fully stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. A washing machine for clothing is also located on the property.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

We had an amazing week at the end of May, the pool and view are just incredible and even better than they look in the pictures. Having a local shop and restaurants within walking distance was a complete bonus too. Would recommend boho for breakfast, Trapazaki bar and restaurant for food or a few drinks and Gefri (we didn’t try any others close by). Lovely beaches are also within a 10 minute drive. The air con is also super effective if you’re worried about the heat.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location, right by the beach! Lots of lovely places to eat close by. The sunsets are amazing! Apartment is perhaps a little run down but it had everything we needed for 3 nights so it was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa rock. Gerasimos was very helpful and answered any questions and provided recommendations and even brought us some bbq utensils when we needed them and some surprise cupcakes! We stayed at the villa for our wedding at the andromeda center and couldn’t have asked for a better more peaceful and private place to stay. The pool so much bigger than most villas and was great for swimming and the view in the best in the area of the villas. Hopefully we can come back again soon!

Hariklia was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Great value for money and great location, House was clean and welcoming. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within short distances to various beaches and attractions. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and would recommend it to anyone.

Villa Effi is the most perfect place to stay. Absolutely beautiful, with everything you could need. Plenty of space to relax, air con in every bedroom, and the highest standard throughout. The swimming pool and garden area is amazing, with stunning views of the sea and mountain. Just a couple of minutes away from the mini markets, and only a short walk to the gorgeous beach, where there are tavernas & bars. We had the best time staying here, would recommend it to anyone, and Amalia is an extremely helpful, friendly and responsive host. We were extremely sad to leave.

We loved our stay here! Vasiliki and Makis understand what makes guests feel welcome and able to relax. The location was perfect for us. We explored lots of the island by car, but also enjoyed time exploring the local area on foot. I would love to return one day.
