The unit is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people with comfort and convenience, being rented for 4 people and with an option for 2 more people on a sofa bed in the living room. We have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. A sofa bed. We offer fiber internet, bed and bath linens, hot shower, barbecue and 2 parking spaces.

My flat is located in the center of Pipa, directly at Central beach (Praia do Centro) and 50 meters away from the main street. From the balcony you have a beautiful sea view. The flat has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, airconditioning, a bathroom with hot shower and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, a toaster, electric kettle, plates, cups and cutlery. The flat is on the 2nd floor, on the 3rd floor is the swimming pool with bar and a great view on Central beach.
