Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Welcome to your ideal getaway just 12 minutes from Geelong’s beautiful waterfront and CBD, and only 10 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal. Whether you're en route to the Bellarine Peninsula, Sorrento ferry, or heading down the Great Ocean Road, this is the perfect stopover, our shared driveway allows drive in and drive out easy access, the photos provided show my Boat on its trailer. The car and the boat are approximately 16 m long. We regularly accommodate Trailer’s of all sizes.

A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
