We had the most incredible weekend celebrating my 30th birthday at Shetland View! Everything was perfect. The hut itself was absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and spotless, with some treats on arrival and a basket with a dog bowl, towel, dog treats etc to use . The views were breathtaking and we felt like we were in our own peaceful little world. Chloe was warm, welcoming, and gave a great recommendation for a local pub. Truly an 11/10 host! We also loved being surrounded by horses and wildlife, and the hot tub and fire pit added such a magical touch to the weekend. This was hands-down one of the most memorable trips we’ve had. We’re already recommending to all our friends and family. (Really sorry we broke a glass!) xx

Ali was the perfect host, good balance of being on hand, responsive and leaving us to it. Ali was very friendly and welcoming and gave us great recommendations for things to do locally. Really appreciated the welcome treats left for us and our dog, particularly the herbal tea, cordial, fresh eggs and dog treats! … and much more! Perfect location and experience for what we wanted. Quiet, relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Swallow barn was absolutely idyllic, we look forward to visiting again !
