Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved our stay here! Convenient location, great house, plenty of room for a group or you could do a couples getaway here. We loved the pool and hot tub! I would rebook anytime!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

Great find! Just what we were looking for. Everything you need within walking distance. We loved the beautiful pool and great restaurants and the apartment itself was perfect. Beautiful decor, felt very clean and put together, all of the amenities you could need. We will definitely bookmark this place for future visits!

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

The house was bigger than we needed (for a couple) but so glad we stayed there. Totally remodeled & everything was squeaky clean. Master bedroom & bathroom are very nice, including furnishings throughout the house. Great patio, grill & hot tub - which unfortunately we couldn't use due to lots of rain. The kitchen is well stocked but we were out for all our meals & only used the coffee maker. If you are in need of an airbnb in this area, I would definitely recommend this property. We were visiting our son who was only 5 minutes away.

Wonderful stay, thoughtful details! Easy check in/out. Stayed here a few days over Thanksgiving while in town to see family & absolutely loved it. Looks exactly as pictured, decorated so well and hosts have thought of everything! Kitchen is stocked with anything you might need for a longer stay or if you're wanting to make more meals instead of eating out. It's a short drive to the interstate, so it doesn't take long to get to places like Fayetteville or Bentonville. The AirBnB is less than half mile from the Razorback Greenway if you're looking for a great place to walk, run or bike. & Downtown Springdale is less than a mile away via the Greenway, and has some fantastic restaurants! We wish we could have spent more time just enjoying this house! It was unfortunately a little too cold to enjoy the back patio in the mornings/evenings, but would be the PERFECT spot for a slow morning with a good cup of coffee if it's nice out! Thanks for creating such a wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay! Close to downtown Rogers. Perfect stay for our family of four. Hosts were more than accommodating with a welcome basket, clear instructions on departure and plenty of recommendations for things to do. Our family will definitely be back.

We were in town for a concert and hiking. The Shack was the perfect location for us, right in the middle for everything we did. The Shack felt like home, it was super clean, and Kurt was so nice! We will definitely stay here again.

Edgar’s home was amazing! We brought my mother-in-law and she couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! It was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful backyard. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Got this place for my parents so we could be close by. They loved it and felt right at home. Very comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Nice little backyard as well! They especially liked that they could walk to downtown Rogers in 15 minutes and have everything they needed. There’s even a neighborhood Walmart close by. Very happy overall. Would book again.

The place was well stocked and clean. we enjoyed our stay very much. We did have to leave early due to an emergency and the policy allows no refunds for unused days/nights. That needs to be changed for business travelers and folks on vacation. Life happens and being out due to things beyond you control is never a good feeling.

Lorene was so accommodating! My wife and I were so pleased with her recs and she was very generous with gift cards and snacks for our anniversary.

Garrett’s place was exactly as described and offered at a very reasonable price. The neighborhood was friendly and inviting, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for our family. While we didn’t have any issues, I could tell that if we had, Garrett would have been quick to respond. Our kids especially loved the space, which made our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

LOVED staying here at this beautiful home! It was so perfect for our long weekend away. Beautiful views, scenic drives, and the house was absolutely adorable. Super cozy and comfy and also a short drive to down to do things if you wanna get out. 100% recommend this stay and the hosts !

Absolutely amazing. My family and I traveled from Topeka to Seligman to scout for a photography retreat. There was some noise from a house being built which is out of everyone’s control and Ron was super quick to refund when he didn’t have to! He went out of his way and it was truly amazing. I’d recommend this place to everyone, BUT watch out for deer!

We and our pups had a great stay at The 81. The location was perfect for access to bike trails and downtown Rogers. The unit had everything we needed, was laid out well, and made us feel at home. The pups especially liked the wooden deck. It was such a nice change from the typical hotel experience. We will return!

Very beautiful and quite place to stay. The furniture and beds were comfortable and back deck and hot tub were very nice. I’ll definitely be back !!
