We reside upstairs but your space is completely private with your own separate entrance. You also have a private outdoor patio space with fire pit to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away!

Swan Lake is a newly constructed home in Southern Lancaster County. The house is situated on 12.5 Acres with pond, gazebo. This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks.
