Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Converted stables - private guest accomodation

Delightful converted Stables offering one bedroom accommodation in the beautiful Peak District village of Alstonefield. The cosy living room includes a much admired kitchenette with stairs leading to the galleried bedroom and ensuite shower room. There are numerous scenic walks from the door, with the River Dove 10 mins walk away. Other attractions nearby include Chatsworth House and the Tissington Trail. The village also boasts a Michelin guide restaurant and a regular concert programme.

Tom Toms Country Cottage

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Located in the Peak District National Park. 7 miles from Ashbourne and 7 miles from Leek. Alton Towers is a 10 minute drive and the polar bear enclosure at Peak Wildlife centre is a 5 minute drive. A perfect location for those wishing to explore the Peak District National Park. Close to Manifold Valley, Thors Cave, Dovedale, Thorpe cloud, Matlock farm park and the Churnet Valley Railway. There is a pub within a 10 - 15 min walk.

Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a delightful hideaway in the lovely hamlet of Elkstones in the Peak District. Affording a little taste of country living with views over 'The Secret Valley' being enjoyed from the outside seating area.Enjoy waking up to the sound of a wood pecker and falling asleep to the hooting of an owl.  (Unless they are on holiday themselves) . Tea bags Coffee Sugar Cereals Milk Bread Biscuits and other Surprises are provided. Sky TV with Sky Sports and TNT sports

After a day exploring you can relax in the sauna, have a home cooked evening meal delivered or visit the traditional village pub. With an on-site gym, 4 acres perfect for dogs, the summer gin shed & great views over the village you’ll find it hard to leave.

Hut in the Hills Peak District, Unique & Tranquil

A perfect tucked away escape located in the stunning Peak District. A traditional Shepherd's Hut set on the edge of a large open field with rolling views of the countryside. A very secluded spot, pure escapism! Quirky & unique perfect to unwind away from the bustle of daily life. The hut sleeps two in a double bed. All bedding and towels are provided. In order to not make the Shepherd's Hut too cramped we have a separate utilities hut just a few feet away.

Roachside Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking. The Cosy Stable -Peak District National Park

The cosy stable is located in the beautiful rural and tranquil village of Grindon in the Peak District. Situated 1000 Ft above sea level come and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and sheep. Overlooking the famous Thor’s Cave, there is an abundance of beautiful walks from the property. Great local pub in Butterton. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall only a short hop in the car. Grindon is the perfect get away for those craving peace and tranquility.

Beautiful secluded romantic lake house retreat

Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
