The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

There is a large open plan area upstairs with kitchen, breakfast bar, WiFi, smart TV and sofabed, plus an east facing balcony with views over to Berrington Hall. A cosy, rustic retreat in the heart of stunning Borders countryside. We are able to provide a contact free check-in and check-out. I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.
