Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lower Manhattan

Beautiful basement , very comfortable bed, everything spotless, will definitely stay there again

Venky’s place was a perfect fit for us. We had an event to attend in Midtown and were able to get there in 10-15 mins. It was also close to great restaurants and markets. His place was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and very spacious for our group of 5. We’d definitely recommend Venky’s place for anyone traveling to the Jersey City or NYC area. It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

Mal is an awesome host. Very responsive and willing to adapt to everything that we needed. He even let us check in early and out late if we needed it. Gave us great recommendations on where to go shopping and fishing.

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

My family visited NYC to attend commencement activities. Jude’s place was just right for us in many ways— comfortable beds, spacious living room and kitchen, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores…. We had a wonderful time. Jude was quick to respond to my messages, even when we encountered a problem in the middle of the night, and of course it was resolved quickly. Would recommend others to stay there.

Great little apartment with easy access to NYC. Short walk to may restaurants and 2 bus stops to take you to NJ Transit station. Very clean, exactly as described in pictures. Host was very responsive to questions about transportation, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

abbiamo alloggiato in sette in questo appartamento. c'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, abbiamo usato la cucina, la lavatrice, e l'asciugatrice, tutto funziona perfettamente. l'host è stato gentile e disponibile, la zona era perfetta per gli spostamenti che avevamo programmato, l'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, e il self check in è stato davvero semplice. nel complesso siamo stati bene e ci siamo goduti la vacanza.

Maria the mom of Yolima was very kind to us. We got all the needed information right in time and laundry and some food for Breakfast was also available. We felt very good and would recomend this accomodation for families with children who wants to visit NYC.

Taz was extremely punctual with her communication and also understood my late arrival and very early departure. This was a great find and I will use again depending on my travel needs.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and, once again, was the perfect place to stay. Close to Seton Hall and our kid's home but far enough away you don't have to deal with college kids craziness. Art and Libby were extremely accommodating, to the point that we were able to have an extra car on the property filled with our kid's belongings for the final move out

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

As someone not from the city it felt tight, especially the bathroom. Showering was a challenge, as it was hard to find a spot to put my clothes and items. However the staff was very understanding and flexible, and the price was awesome for the area. I had a nice trip :)

I was lucky enough to get a room here last minute and even more lucky to get the Amazon room. Super cosy. Main light brightens the room tremendously with pure bright white light. Also lamp with dimmer by the bed with usb ports was convenient and a nice touch. Love the blackout shades, got some really good sleep. The bed was very was heavenly and very big. The smart TV was exception quality also very big and seemed more so than the pics. Great space to move around in, lovely welcoming gifts. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels. I wanted to toast my cinnamon raisin bagel, I used the air fryer and forgot I had a toaster in the room😆 My only complaint is that it wasn’t available for more days after, really enjoyed my night there. Also the hosts were very responsive and quick to message me back everything I asked, so accommodating. Close distance to trains.

Ann y Allen son maravillosos. Muy atentos y bien predispuestos. El alojamiento es muy agradable, silencioso, decorado con buen gusto y detalles que lo hacen único. La ropa de cama es de primera calidad. Por la mañana ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía, con riquísimos bagels. La experiencia fue excelente, no solo por la calidad del alojamiento sino por la calidez de los anfitriones. Nos sentimos como en casa. Gracias Ann y Allen!!

I’ve been thinking about writing this review since the moment I checked into Tracey and Tonja’s BNB. Let me say, this has been by far the best experience I have had via Airbnb and I am very grateful. This is the charm and hospitality staying at a bnb used to have before it became the capitalist, money hungry system it now has become. Tonja and Tracey as such kind and beautiful people. They were beyond hospitable; explained the property and gave me a tour upon arrival, always available if I needed them, and had an incredible energy to match their charming home. The place is so beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! From the cozy library, to the meditation room, to the suites - everything is perfectly decorated and curated to provide you an atmosphere of peace. My favorite was the soak tub which I was in desperate need of after a stressful few weeks of travel. This was the most perfect place to recharge as a part of my new year self care rituals. I will definitely be back soon.
