Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

The apartment is located opposite the spa park with a large playground, boule court, mini golf, etc. The swimming lake"Kuttelbacherteich" is not far away. The ascent by cable car or chairlift to Bocksberg is 80 metres away. On the mountain there is a log cabin, a fast summer toboggan run, slide towers, downhill trails and seasonal great ski and toboggan runs. Or you can hike the love bank path...
