We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a post-German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a terrace of 70 m plus a half-timbered house, the appliances of the old village have been preserved. Possibility to use the private library in the part of the house that the hosts live. The meadow is a natural wildlife environment. The patio (lunch and lounge area) is also used to observe nature. Next to the house, old orchard (hammocks) sunny and shaded places for those looking for peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Antoniów House: Izera Mountains

ANTONIÓW A tiny village in the Jizera Mountains (600 meters above sea level) with a history dating back to the 17th century. Direct and close access to mountain trails - without the crowds even during holidays and long weekends. A great and quick base to get to the most popular mountain resorts. Welcome to our wooden cottage - cottage approx. 65 m2 (2 levels) - an exclusive area of 0.6 hours with a lot of old trees and a stream - easy access on a low-traveled road - private parking at the house

Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. We do not accept groups of men themselves.

Perfect for relaxing or active recreation.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The expansive area of a forest park with old apple trees and comfortable home furnishings with a sauna, fireplace, billiards, and hot tubs allow for wonderful relaxation and an intimate rest away from the crowds.
