Beachfront holiday rental in Lower Township

Great place in Villas, pretty short drive to either Cape May downtown and Wildwood. Outside facade is a little unassuming, but nice inside, all around. Nice quiet place to spend with family with great parking and access to the places around the area. Great too to be walking distance/next door to a good greasy spoon diner. We went there twice!

Listing EXACTLY as described. Easy walk to water, safe and plenty of room!! Bikes were awesome to use! highly recommend. Host was extremely friendly and available. Will stay again, next time I come out to Cape May!

The owners went above and beyond to provide high quality accommodations. As described when booking it truly is full service with stocked kitchen, towels, linens, soap and shampoo, etc… The beverage bar was stocked with coffee, tea and multiple flavors. It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely book again!

Great stay! the perfect little gem right on the boardwalk. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and how spacious it felt.

Was perfect for our family of 4. We wanted to stay a bit off the boardwalk and in the crest so this was good. Everything we did was within a 10 min drive, Cape May was 15 min. Was very nice having linens and towels available and kitchen is stocked with items! Also perk was washer/dryer available.

Great spot in the Villas. Kids loved the bunk beds. Perfect place to stay for Escape the Cape Triathlon.

This was a great stay for my boyfriend and I! The Airbnb was super clean and it was in a great location. Super close to the beach and other great restaurants. Would highly recommend!!

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

Mark and family’s Sunsets and Serenity was far beyond what we were hoping for in a family vacation rental. The location right along the bay has the best vibe for relaxation with the sound and smell of ocean so close. So many amenities in this home! Everything was already available when we needed something, be it cooking wares and all the appliances, towels, beach/yard toys and games, plus awesome pool and porches to hang out at. Also, only 15-20 minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk! Truly cannot say enough about this amazing home and the awesome family that runs it. Great stay! Clean and cozy with an awesome view of the ocean. Beach is right outside your front door. Sharon is a great host. And my family had a great time.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. It was gorgeous property, with everything that we needed and more. The hosts instructions were very thorough and answered questions that I didn’t even know I had yet! They were proactive with their communication and touched base before we left for vacation and wished us safe travels. The views were breathtaking. The property was bright, clean and organized. We felt right at home. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer.

We had a lovely time at Nicole’s place. We were a few steps from a lovely beach, about 5mins from the boardwalk and restaurant. She was a great host and helped us finding a place to rent a wheelchair from. All beach worthy accessories and toys were provided. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all required necessities. Kids enjoyed the “wildwoodopoly” and were very happy. I 100% recommend this great find! Great location and an exceptional host.

I am so glad to have had the opportunity to spend my anniversary at Andreas place. it was exactly what we were looking for. definitely going to come back.

Excellent location easy walk to the beach and quick drive to boardwalk and restaurants place was comfortable and relaxing. 2 pools were available one 3-5ft the other 3-8ft and boenty of BBQ grills available. Very nice accomodations for the price and location. Thank you Elaine.

A great place especially when vacationing with kids (ours were ages 2, 3, & 5). Fenced backyard with toys for the kids was EXTREMELY helpful for children to be able to safely stretch their legs after a long car ride and on early mornings when we just weren't quiet ready to be out the door yet. Easy walk to the beach, and easily accessible to other local attractions by car. Kathleen was very responsive to messages and provided helpful recommendations for the area. Overall we had a wonderdul experience!

We stayed first time in Cape May area and Don's place was a great choice . It's 2 min walk to the beach, you can walk 10-15min or take a bus to the Wildwood boardwalk. It's around 26 min to Cape May and 25 min to Stone harbor. Pool, bbq everything is there. Beach is for free and you can walk about 10 min walk to Sunset lake. I definitely would recommend Don's place to stay.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Karen's house. The layout was perfect for us. With four kids, having three bedrooms on one side of the house for them and the master bedroom on the other side of the house for us gave two tired parents a little break. The fenced-in yard was great for our beagle. We used the barbecue too, which was ready to go, with a nice glass outdoor table with 6 chairs next the bbq. The house is in a low-key, non-tourist area, right down the street from the beach, a quick stroll, literally two to three minutes. The beach is beautiful. In the morning at low tide, great to look for shells and enjoy the view; in the evening at high tide, beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Karen was super responsive to any and all questions we had. She gave us ideas for kid-centric activities in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants. We had a great few days here and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Karen!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. One of the cleanest air bnbs I have ever stayed in. Very close to beach. Definitely would stay again!

Angela was super easy to work with. The house was perfect. It was very fresh and clean inside and out. It was so nice to walk down to the beach or relax on the patio. The location was perfect and within 20 minutes of all the places we needed to go in both Cape May and Wildwoods. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful after busy days. The decor of the home made it such a comfy stay. The landscaping was beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this location.

Host was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. Place was exactly how it was described. I loved the dock, great spot to do fishing and relaxing. It is a close drive or Uber to bars and Restaurants, north beach just as close. Highly recommend. Compared to a lot of places in the area, it is price well. Anytime I am planning to be back in the area I will chose here.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Tanya's cottage. She was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed beforehand. The place was *so* cozy and cute; my wife and I really enjoyed the hammock and outdoor fine pit! The bikes also made getting around a breeze, and the beach was a 2 minute walk -- just delightful! Would love to stay again anytime.
