Saras Villa ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit der Familie oder Freundin eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Grundstück und unglaublich groß, genauso wie der Pool. Im Inneren der Villa gibt es sehr viel Platz, sodass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Was nicht zuletzt auch an Sara liegt, die eine tolle Gastgeberin ist.

Matteo to idealny gospodarz. Zawsze odpowiadał i pomagał oraz dawał rekomendację. Jego dom jest pięknie położony w prywatnej wiosce ze szlabanem. W wiosce jest sklep oraz mały port. Dom jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, łóżka bardzo wygodne, widok z tarasu na zieleń/ las [cisza i spokój]. Jedynym mankamentem są komary, ale w domu są wszelkie specyfiki, żeby z nimi walczyć. Idealnie dla ludzi ceniących sobie spokój, ciszę i naturę oraz 2 min do plaży.

Eine typisches, nettes kleines Ferienhaus in einer schönen Feriensiedlung. Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) waren Mitte Oktober dort. Da ist nicht mehr viel los, es war wundervoll ruhig. Man kann nett auf der Veranda sitzen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bad ist renoviert. Der Garten ist wirklich schön und gepflegt. Zum Strand mit sehr netter Strandbar gelangt man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr wertvoll für einen Drink zum Sonnenuntergang. Lediglich die Betten waren für uns nicht gut. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, Federn im Hochbett quietschen. Hier täte eine Modernisierung gut. Maria hat uns freundlich und immer schnell geantwortet, eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

We loved our stay in Stintino. The main attraction for us was going to La Pelosa Beach and Giuseppe's house was a perfect location for that. In addition to being in walking distance of La Pelosa... it was an amazing place to stay. The inside of the house was very comfortable with a functional kitchen and two bathrooms and hot water in the shower and very clean. But the best part of the house was the outdoor space. We are a family of 5 from NYC and we ate all of our meals outside and after that sat together and hung out on the outdoor couches. The grocery store was nearby and we cooked dinner each night at Giuseppe's. I also must add the Giuseppe was terrific to communicate with both throughout our entire stay but also on our day of arrival. Our flight was very delayed and we got there late and he was in constant communication with me and very accommodating. We 100% recommend staying at this gorgeous home in Stintino and we would 100% stay here again if we came back to the area!

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni piacevoli nella villa di Chiara. Tutto è stato perfetto dal check-in al check-out. La casa è molto grande e in perfette condizioni. Le camere da letto sono molto spaziose e i letti confortevoli. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. La sala da pranzo è spaziosa e luminosa. Anche se è inverno, grazie ai condizionatori d'aria nelle camere da letto e nella sala da pranzo, la temperatura all'interno della casa era sempre piacevole. Il giardino è semplicemente magnifico. We spent 6 pleasant days in Chiara's villa. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The house is very big and in perfect condition. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The dining room is spacious and bright. Although it is winter, thanks to the air conditioners in the bedrooms and dining room, the temperature inside the house was always pleasant. The garden is simply magnificent.

Das Haus ist ein Traum, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selbst für die Kinder war etwas Spielzeug, Sandspielzeug etc. vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön zum Anblick der Sonnenuntergänge und vor dem Haus ist eine schöne Terrasse im Schatten. Auch die Felsendusche draußen ist nach dem Strand perfekt. Restaurants sind sowohl fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen oder weitere in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist generell empfehlenswert, um die Gegend mit all ihren Schönheiten zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect House for a quiet peaceful stay with AMAZING view , directly at the sea! Exactly like described. Well equipped Kitchen and Garden, even swimming gear and umbrellas! Places in the shade to eat and hangout! Amazing beaches in the area IF you even wanna leave this place! A week was too short we will be back! Even with hot weather during the day the evening and nights were perfectly chill!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Der Check-in klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte allerdings an Müllbeuteln, der Grill war nicht benutzbar und der Raum mit Waschmachine und Besen, Kehrblech in desolaten Zustand. Mir fehlte zu diesem Preis die Liebe zum Detail: ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand, Kerzen, …., trotzdem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Aucune déception par rapport à l'annonce et aux photos. La vue est à coupée le souffle. La terrasse est très bien abritée du vent ce qui nous a permis de manger tous les jours dehors. Il y a tous les equipements qu'il faut sur place. nous étions 9 en famille et le logement est bien pensé pour plusieurs famille avec enfant. seul petit bémol beaucoup de marche un peu dangereux pour un bebe de 20 mois mais avec de la vigilence tout vas bien.. Réactivité de l'agence dès que besoin. Je recommande 😉

Nous avons eu le bonheur de vivre dans la magnifique maison, très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Un secteur tranquille et sécuritaire à distance de marche d’une petite plage et d’un snack bar pour des lunchs. Le petit village de Porto Pozzo est à moins de 5km où l’on trouve des restaurants et une épicerie. La propriétaire de cette maison est très attentionnée et est a répondu rapidement à nos messages. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation.

Unser 14tägiger Urlaub in Birgits und Philips zweitem Zuhause war ein Traum! Der atemberaubende Blick über das Meer und die Küste lies uns jeden Tag fantastisch relaxen und tagträumen, die Ruhe im und am Haus: einfach wunderbar! Der Pool sorgte an sonnigen und heissen Tagen für eine angenehme Erfrischung, und die Küchen-Ausstattung lässt Hobby-Koch-Herzen höher schlagen. Ausserhalb der Villa lässt die Boutique Serra und die Eisdiele Cannella im Örtchen weibliche und männliche Seelen entspannen und entzücken ;-)

Tres bel endroit Maison aux pieds de l'eau Eaux limpides mais plages un peu rocailleuses. un peu loin de commerces mais magnifique paysage.

El alojamiento es escreible, las vistas parecen sacadas de una película, los espacios para dormir y zonas de estar son muy cómodos; el área de alberca es increíble; recomiendo muchísimo esta villa para parejas y amigos!

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

We loved our stay at this house. It’s a beautiful spot. But to get there you have to climb stairs. For us as family not as problem. Rosanna was waiting for us. She was as very good host. With tips and answers to questions. Very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Good to know there isn’t much to do in costa Paradiso. One little shop, one bar and one restaurant. If you look more you have to drive at least 30 min. Also for the supermarkets

La comunicazione è stata veloce e facile in qualsiasi momento. Abbiamo avuto qualche richiesta durante il soggiorno che è stata sempre accolta con gentilezza. La casa è molto bella, grande, con piscina. C’era un altro appartamento ma eravamo sole. Grazie per tutto, speriamo di tornare presto!

Sehr schöne Liegenschaften, wundervolle Aussicht, grosser Pool mit täglicher Reinigung. Sämtliche notwendigen Gegenstände vorhanden (Tücher, Küche, Badezimmer, etc). Nicht sehr viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung, jedoch mit einem Mietauto viele Optionen in 20-40 Min. Distanz. ClickSardegna sowie die lokale Kontaktperson reagieren schnell auf Nachrichten. Die lokale Kontaktperson und Ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, wie Bekannte, die man schon das ganze Leben kennt. Sie gaben auch gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge.

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

Schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage mit tollem Blick auf Castelsardo und das Meer. Das Haus besticht durch seinen großen privaten Pool, eine große überdachte Terrasse und einen Tennisplatz (gemeinschaftliche Nutzung). Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was allerdings durch den schönen Außenbereich voll aufgefangen wird. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und Michele war ein super Gastgeber.
