From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Only 300 mt from the beach, this is a one bedroom villetta (28sq mt) located inside a traditional sardinian style "borgo" built with local granite stones and real wood furniture. Each villetta with private access, outdoor shower and outdoor verandah with barbecue to provide great all'aperto evenings and dining. So simple so peaceful. Surrounded by nature yet in the heart of Gallura, just in front of the most beautiful islands of the Maddalena Archipelago and Costa Smeralda.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Small apartment on two levels recently renovated. The apartment consists of a small living room on the ground floor with open kitchen and sofa bed (two single beds, the second is pull-out), while on the first floor there is the double bedroom with balcony and bathroom; it is also equipped with large outdoor space for exclusive use with private bbq. Reserved parking space. Condominium pool. The apartment has a Smart TV (no antenna) and pocket Wi-Fi.

Each villa has 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom where you can join the beds, 1 bathroom with shower with 2 toilets (completely renovated this spring), living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, veranda with beautiful sea view, garden with parking space. TV, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and air conditioning in the rooms.
