Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

We absolutely loved Elena’s apartment. If we could give it more than five stars we would! The apartment was clean, fresh, and beautiful. It contained everything that we needed. The location is on a pedestrian street with shops, cafes, and amazing restaurants nearby. Elena was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return to Aviles.

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. A perfect apartment. We had rented the “big” apartment upstairs for 5 days, but on second thought we wanted to stay on the ground floor. After contacting Lucia, we were able to exchange very quickly. Very nice. The bed is fine, the bathroom is great. And the kitchen is well equipped. It is very quiet, yet close to many hiking opportunities and As Catedrais and the beach. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back on a next visit to Spain.

Site great to go with dogs, spacious house, great garden, great views, walk along the coast great. The super clean house. Antonio always responded in a very short time. Only negative point,it smells a little damp when entering, nothing that is not solved by ventilating.

We spend 4 belle days in Luarca. The apartment is small but modern and functional, tastefully decorated. It is very well located being able to tour all the tourist landmarks on foot. The village is charming, as is its surroundings. Regarding the equipment of the apartment, we did not have any inconvenience, it has everything you need, we were very comfortable. If I had to say something, the only thing I would suggest is to verify the provision of the basic condiments such as salt, pepper or pepper, oil and vinegar. All those details are important for tourists who spent a few days in one place. On the other hand there was sugar, sweetener and bath soaps and washing machines, as well as enough toilet paper and paper towels, which is appreciated. Communication was very smooth both for entry and for any questions. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the place. Just like you see in the photos, close to Luarca's public parking, so you didn't have to worry about the car. At the last minute we had to delay the entrance one day and Nacho didn't give us any sticks to cancel one day. We would repeat.

A 10-star accommodation, very close to all the sites, such as the supermarket or the beach. Everything was very clean and as advertised.

Teresa is a very warm and friendly hostess. The accommodation is very authentic and offers many possibilities. You almost feel like you're part of the village community.

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

An idyllic rural hideaway. Gambino was proactive in his communication and gave us a warm welcome (when we eventually got there…check which route your GPS is taking you)! They even gave us a cake hot out of the oven as a welcome gift which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful apartment well located quiet area. very very close to beautiful beaches. The house doesn't lack anything. There was even coffee, oil and cleaning supplies ... absolutely everything you need. José Luis was very kind and recommended places and taught us everything in detail. The spa is a plus we loved. Game room, tennis court up with rackets and balls in the apartment. To repeat. Thank you for everything.
