The apartment is great and is suitable for a trip to Gijon. unfortunately, the street is very noisy and the windows are not such that they keep the volume back. Otherwise, everything is great and we would be happy to come back. recommended

David's apartment seemed very nice, clean, quiet and excellently equipped. Everything was very comfortable. We didn't lack anything. David was very kind and willing to help us in everything.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Both Sushi and Marcelino are very kind. They greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us transport our luggage to the station. They also provided us with information about the area and were there for anything. Pleasant stay.

Lovely quiet place and surroundings. If you look for a hide-out this is the place. Perfect Mountain View. Slept very well. The apartment has everything you need and is clean. Rocio makes every effort and easy to communicate with. The sofa, which doubles as an extra bed, is not too comfortable. Note when arriving that coordinates on Airbnb sends you to the wrong house nearby. Better look for Casa del Abuelo Justo on Google maps. Rocio (and tourism in Boal) provides descriptions of lovely walks in the area. We did a long one. Very nice and you meet nobody. Easy also to go to the coast and beach Frejufe (half an hour drive). Shop groceries and have a coffee on the village square at Boal. Just relax and slow down.

Chus was very helpful and responsive. Recommend this place for a stay in Oviedo. Easy walking to the old part of town and parks.

The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, cozy and with everything you need. On the part of the hosts, everything was easy, with good service and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

Excellent accommodation. Everything was impeccable and practically new. Highly recommended. We already knew the area and we love it. You can walk to Santa Gadea beach in 5 minutes, Tapia, Ribadeo and the surrounding beaches… a wonder. Special mention for María, the owner who was always attentive and aware that we did not lack anything.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
