Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. Have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in your private courtyard. Your parking is also taken care of with two spaces right at your front door.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Good Line Beer Co, and a neighborhood grocery store are all just blocks away. Tech Terrace park is nearby, which offers a great walking track. This property has lots of room to enjoy time with friends and family both inside and outside on the beautiful covered patio. Close enough to walk to Tech!

This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses.
