Outside, there is a 40 sqm larch wood terrace. The beach is 150 m away. The beach has attractions for children, floating equipment, and a newly opened luxury restaurant.

The house (85 sqm) is located about 60m from the lake in a quiet corner of Boszków. Upstairs there are two four-bed bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, freshly renovated, connected to a living room, from which there is a direct exit to the terrace.
