Thank you so much for my holiday stay ! I appreciate the last minute reservation and the ability to come and go as I pleased. I would stay here again definitely. I enjoyed having a home away from home.

Adding that as there were no outside photos, or photos of a dining room, it is a duplex building with parking for 1 car in back and there is a dining room table with 4 chairs. Beds were very comfortable and the rain shower was wonderful! If you plan on doing any cooking, bring your own spices, handy wrap and storage containers. Pots and pans were good. Having a Costco down the road was an added bonus for us. Convenient location to downtown. We would stay there again if ever in the area.

Fantastic place for our holiday weekend visit with family in the area. Apartment is very large and has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Many reviews say "walkable" but Matt's place truly is. Rosario's and Inside the Five are at the bottom of the stairs! Inside the Five is a family fave!! Right up the street are tons of quaint shops and some great food options. Swig is by far our favorite up there. Very close to other retail options and a short walk to the Maumee River and a short drive to Side Cut Park. Will be our go to when we need a place to stay in Perrysburg. Highly recommended.

Clean. No couch and the two chairs in the tv room were not very comfortable. The beds were comfortable.

A small cozy clean unit in an old neighborhood, which we loved. It served the purpose very well.

Even though I didn’t stay very long, the place was cozy and I felt right at home. Jeff provided clear instructions and made it very easy to get inside. I would definitely stay again when I go back to cedar point and would receive the place to anyone else going to cedar point!

The place is beautiful. Parking is limited unfortunately… you will get a ticket in the parking lot.

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb! It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was spotlessly clean, which was one of the first things we noticed upon entering. The host was fantastic—great communication and very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this place a quick getaway. Everything went smoothly!

We had a great time. We tried out a local brewery from the details binder Molly provided and it did not disappoint! We will definitely consider Molly’s place next time we are in the area.

The place was great! It was perfect for the three of us, as we had privacy and comfortable shared space. The beds, pillows, and linens were all great, and supplies of expendable items were well stocked. The price was fantastic for the space compared to what a hotel would have cost us.

Accommodation made last minute for a family emergency and Vanessa approved it immediately to ensure my family had a place to sleep! Would stay again if I am in the area!

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and both visits have been amazing! The place is always sparkling clean and smells so fresh every time I walk in. The hosts are super responsive and helpful, even with the small questions I had. From now on, I’ll only be booking with their properties whenever I’m in the area! ❤️

Excellent place to stay while bird watching at Magee Marsh and the Toledo Metro Parks. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here while fishing at Lake Erie. conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from the lake, also not far from Port Clinton. Our family of 6 plus 3 dogs had plenty of space. Small refrigerator and microwave were great to have. Bathrooms were spotless. Nice sice pool and playground right out the back door. lots of areas to walk the dogs. Cute little town is about 10 minutes away with a few restaurants. Check-in after hours was easy, and the host was very friendly. Nothing fancy, just a place to sleep with air-conditioning and a roof. It was nice not to have to worry about the rain but still like camping. They also had an ice cream social and smores. We weren't able to attend, but it was nice to see that people still interact here. Mosquitoes were pretty bad, so be sure to have bug spray.
