Our stay was fantastic! The cozy, impeccably clean house was nestled in a serene location, perfect for unwinding. The host was incredibly responsive, providing thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and local tips. The space was stylish yet comfy, with a stunning view from the patio. Fast Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen made our stay seamless. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Great communication from the host. Answered all our queries in a timely manner. It made it so much easier to plan our trip. Great communication with their caretaker as well. We had no issues with early check in and any and all needs while we were there. Kawayan itself, and the property it sits on, is a piece of heaven. If I were any fitter, I’d have no complaints, but since I’m not in shape, the short descent to the beach is a test. 😂 You have to earn the right to all that lovely seclusion. The fishermen dock here and they sometimes sell their catch. Nothing like fresh inihaw and tinolang isda by the ocean. Also, since it is summer, it happens to be jellyfish season. They usually come in the late afternoon. But the waters are so clear and so calm, you see them coming. Educational for my daughters, who have never really observed jellyfish. We will be returning. Bonus tip: Establish early communication with Maritess. She is an awesome cook and can help you source anything!

Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. I wish I have a place like this…I really love it…the villa was very clean and very private. The view of the rice field outside the window is awesome. The dipping pool is also clean. Wifi is super strong. The aircons in both rooms are functioning real well. There are available condiments in the kitchen. Towels, shampoo and liquid bath soap are also provided. The host and co-hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Responded to my numerous queries and even allowed us to check out late without additional charge! We will definitely go back soon! Quiet place near Lucena’s main highway so it’s super accessible to the Grand Terminal and other nearby locations. Clean and has all the stuff we need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book this place again if we will be spending the night in Lucena city.

We were genuinely impressed with the value for money at this place. For the price we paid, we got so much more than expected. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe.
