Good spot for the price.

Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

It is everything we hoped for, and more. Access to everything. We had a car so we didn't experience the very frequent taxi opportunities down to the beach. We loved the pool and the peace and the trees and all of the sounds, music playing til late from other venues nearby, we were nestled within it all in a beautiful tropical mini paradise. And we were looked after by Elaine and Alicia, thank you ladies! Lovely time all round!

Had an amazing stay, and the rental car was a great bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Trevor was a responsive host from Inquiry to Checkout. He accommodated an early check in, to give us time to rest before attending the wedding. He touched base occasionally throughout our 2 night stay to make sure we were comfortable. The listing is exactly as described. We weren’t able to get the AC to stay on longer than 2-3 minutes at a time but Trevor explained in detail what to do….just didn’t work for us. If the AC is important to you that’s a consideration. In our case it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is nice and having access to the private beach is a great convenience.

The host was amazing, gave us great tips & contacts for the local area. Was very responsive. Dealt very quickly with any questions that we had. The location was perfect. Right by all the fun, sea and sand! Communication was super easy. Very accommodating.

I stayed with my husband and 19 year old daughter. We all loved it. Based on the photos I was nervous that it would have been inaccurate but it was very accurate. The unit overlooks the pool and the sea. She was obviously thoughtful about making guests comfortable. Extra towels was a nice touch for me. Also the condiments was unexpected but helpful. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Careys place is amazing! it's very clean and the set up us fancy and very nice to hang out and enjoy the space! the cliffside is right down 2 min walk and soooo beautiful! the pool is nice and chill and the pool table is a great add on! the kitchen is equipped greatly and with the nice grill spot we had everything what was needed! thanks for a great stay!

Needed a place to stay for an event in the Rose Hall Montego Bay area and this place ticked all the boxes. Good location it was very close to the venue, clean and comfortable and the host was on top of things. Perfect little studio apartment for a single traveler or two persons and the host ensures that everything needed is available. I would recommend for sure and will consider if I am ever in that area again soon.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is as described. It was clean and filled with thoughtful extras. Our highlight was the breathtaking view from the balcony upstairs. We could see the little island across the apartment and we had 24/7 access to the private beach , it felt like our own slice of paradise :) The host went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. She provided local recommendations. She even assisted us retrieve an item we had accidentally left behind. This was really kind of her. Inside the home, there’s so much to enjoy: a great collection of books, puzzles, and board games. The location is central and convenient. The space itself was clean. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and welcoming place to stay.

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! A big thank you again to Santana and Mr. Morris! 😊

This was a really nice Airbnb. The whole house was clean and decorated nicely. There’s a washer and dryer too so it’s easy to do laundry, and they even had a few seasonings to cook with. They also have an option for a private chef and taxi services. I stayed here and they were doing some construction to some apartments next to the Airbnb but it didn’t bother me since we had early morning excursions. The location is secure with a gate and security 24/7. They won’t let anyone in unless they are approved. I had some trouble getting in at first because there was one lockbox but also another pin pad, so i was a hit confused on which one to use at first but the host was quick to respond and help us get in. Overall our bnb experience was a 10/10 and I would stay here again the next time i visit montego.

Was exactly what we were looking for. The room is very close to the private beach on site about a 40 second walk to beautiful sand and nice for snorkeling. The grounds were clean and quiet. Short 10 minute walk to the beginning of seven mile beach by road. Can cut through the Hedonism which is next door to the property as well. Small gas station/convenience store on main road where you turn in with a little bit of everything if you forget something with a small market beside it if wanna find some local trinkets. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean comfortable quiet nothing fancy. There were 6 of us in total and we rented 2 different units. Worked out great as the other unit was a 30 second walk away.

Susan is a super star host and helped us every step of the way. She had great recommendations and helped get us rides from the airport and back. Pops was our driver and he is an amazing human. Loved having the beach within walking distance and use of our kitchen for cooking when we didn’t feel like eating out.
