José's space is excellent for those who want to feel at home… Apartment in a quiet location, it has everything inside, including washing machines (extremely important for those who are on a long journey), bed items, kitchen, tv, internet, neighborhood silence and security. Dona Vera, responsible for receiving and assisting us in whatever we needed, is a princess of so much kindness, education and patience. José was also totally kind and agile in communication and instructions. We highly recommend, and look forward to coming back soon!

The co-host was very flexible when checking in, understood my situation and left the key available at dawn, as my flight arrived too early. The apartment is great: very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and the super-equipped kitchen with everything I needed. I recommend it!

The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

No words for Mrs. Dione. Very welcoming, the house is in perfect condition. She left a box of chocolates for our reception and bought a crib to leave, as we went with a baby. I'd come back a thousand times Gratitude!

The house is very large and comfortable. All bathrooms were clean as well as all bed and bath linens. The pool and the clean game space… all rooms with working air conditioning and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the indispensable utensils, microwaves, airfraier, gelagua, two refrigerators and a stove with 5 mouths. The beach is quiet and is right next to the house, about 5 minutes walking distance. RECOMMEND!!!

The only point is that if you go with children, there is no washing machine, but with the sun that does it, it's not a problem.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. From the first contact, Sara was very kind and explained everything we needed to know. The house is not so close to the beach, but it is easy to walk if the person does not have any mobility difficulties. The pool is great, the house is well divided, the kitchen has many varied pots for different needs, the stove is very new, several dishes and a blender. We love it <3 Note: As in any beach area, it is worth taking repellent to protect from mosquitoes at night.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
