I recently hosted a family gathering at R. Lapid’s Resortel, and it was an unforgettable experience! The huge, clean swimming pool was perfect for bonding, especially for my kids who absolutely loved the hot spring and water massager. The spacious accommodations comfortably fit our group of 17 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of room for even more guests. Our host Nina was incredibly responsive, and caretaker Myra and her husband were always on hand to assist us. A delightful touch was the welcome chicharon, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this hot spring resort for groups of 20 to 40 people. It’s a fantastic place for family events and relaxation!

I sent a message to Joey late in the evening and he responded right away and accommodates our need smoothly. Great host and the service team at the resort is amazing. Ms. Doreen's place was exactly what we were looking for for our simple celebration of my lola's 80th birthday. The location was great, it's not near the noisy area of Pansol—in fact, it's a bit secluded and yet, easy to locate since it's not far off the main road. We arrived earlier than expected and the caretaker let us in immediately. The place had its own parking good for more than 5 cars, the kitchen is equipped with almost everything and they have a karaoke and billiards also. The caretaker was very helpful also. The pool's temperature is just right that you can enjoy dipping even at night. Ms. Doreen is very nice and considerate with all our requests. It's very peaceful in the area so we were all able to enjoy and relax. Definitely worth the price. We would definitely go back here!

We had an excellent experience during our our stay . The owner was easy to talk to and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Attentive to our request. There are variety of rooms with AC which will accommodate any number of guests. They also have Nipa cottages for Native home experience. It’s a beachfront so you will enjoy a long walk at their white/garnish sands during morning low tide and sunset gazing in the afternoon and a good swim with the clean and clear water. I recommend the place for an awesome, relaxing safe stay.

The resort is huge and good for big group. There's a welcome treat "chicharon". We suggest to improve the CR on each bedroom, because even though when not in use, there's a smell coming out from the CR (maybe the ventilation needs to improve). Needs additional electricfan on the dining area. The AC has no remote and it automatically turns off around 7am - I think (nagising kami dahil mainit). The caretaker were helpful and assisted us throughout our stay. The pools - the BEST! We all enjoyed our stay most especially the kids. For the price that we paid, it's worth it. Thank you Ms. Nina for being responsive.

Felt so much at home. Very friendly staff and owner. We did not expect one (1) free merienda on the house; and at night - free mallows/smores by the bonfire. The restaurant's food was good and reasonably priced. Ample parking, Pool as seen photos is exactly the same -kids can swim as it had stainless steel bar separating kids from adults. If you do not want the hassle of parking - only one (1) trike ride to the Lipa Cathedral and Lipa Public market. Very near - same road as Malarayat Golf and Country Club. 10-15 minutes away by car to The Outlets, Lipa Town Center, SM City Lipa. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Spacious space that can fit a lot of people! It has a game room, KTV set and everything you can think of when hanging out in a nice hot spring villa.

We had a great time at Cel’s listing. The place was spacious, we had an easy check-in/check-out and what I really appreciated was the place was really clean and kept up to date. They were also very accommodating with our requests and the pool was quite big which we enjoyed.
