Un point de départ pour de nombreuses ballades s'offre à vous (à pieds, VTT, moto).Le gîte se compose d'une belle pièce de vie offrant un accès sur une jolie terrasse fleurie équipée pour des repas extérieurs avec accès à votre place de parking privative.

Typical village house completely renovated, it offers, on the ground floor, a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen and a room to meet with family. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room, terrace with panoramic views of the village and the Couze Chambon valley

This unusual accommodation is the result of a restoration of a vineyard hut that belonged to my grandfather. Located at the foot of the Sancy, a few kilometers from the first houses and shops. It has a remarkable view of the Forez mountains and Montpeyroux. 30 min away you will find lakes (Aydat, Chambon), castles (Murol, La Bâtisse), Puy de Dôme and cultural sites (Gergovie, Vulcania, etc.). Enjoy a soothing, quiet and comfortable place to recharge your batteries.

Its proximity to nature and its location in the heart of the Sancy Valley ensures calm, serenity and well-being. The accommodation is atypical, designed and suitable for a small area in an exceptional setting. For your convenience, it is important to know in advance that the staircase is custom-made, with small straight steps.

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.
