A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

We enjoyed our stay. we felt at home. very spacious and cozy. this house has everything you need for your stay. Very close to Rutland. The fresh baked apple pie was a bonus. It was so delicious. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. Wonderful house for our ski trip to Okemo! We are glad we saw a reviewer who also mentioned that there is a fun sledding hill in the yard for our kids, so we packed our sleds and they had a blast sledding after we finished skiing! We are also glad we noticed a few reviews who explained that it was not technically ski in/ski out but rather a short walk to the mountain so we knew what to expect. The driveway/road was rather icy when we went so we opted to do the short drive to get to the base of the mountain instead. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and it was an extremely convenient location for our trip to Okemo mountain!

House and location - the house is beautiful and the view from the backyard is amazing. The location was as described. It was also great that the host shared that the cell service around the house is poor. Amenities - the amenities were great. We cooked while we stayed and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. Including things like serving platters and bowls. It was also great that the fireplace was useable and stocked with wood. Extra - it snowed like crazy when we stayed. Having the plow service helped us in the driveway greatly! One edit to the listing - Belmont General Store was closed when we stayed.

We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable at Dana's place. The property is beautiful and house was very open and spacious. We loved sitting out by the firepit at sunset!

The home was just like the pictures and perfect for a ski trip to Okemo. It was clean upon arrival.

This house is awesome. Kitchen and bathrooms are amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. And the back deck with the hot tub and fire place is perfect for post ski relaxation. Sarah is extremely friendly and responsive. She answered all of my questions instantly. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, except spices. Way more than most AirBnb rentals. The knives and cook wear were quality as well. Lots of attention to detail. 100% would recommend and will be staying here again next season when I ski Okemo.

This was our second time staying at Lori’s place for our annual family ski trip. Just like last time, everything was wonderful - incredibly clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location is great as it’s walkable to town but back far enough so that it’s quiet. And a very short drive to Okemo. Will definitely be staying here again!

I was planning on my proposal and wanted somewhere special. The window house was exactly that. Private, peaceful, super clean, amazing views and wildlife. Taylor and Marla were EXTREMELY good at communicating and getting back in a timely manner. If you and your significant other are looking to get away, this is the place. It’s sublime.

Great stay! The Chalet is nice and secluded. A Great way to getaway with friends and/or family. The size of the stay is great for those looking to spend time intimately. Everything you see is what you get. There were no complaints with our stay and that is why it deserves a 5 ⭐️. The hosts are kind enough to have had firewood available for use of the fire pit. The hosts were both hospitable and responsive. I hope to stay there again maybe in the winter to go skiing or snowboarding. The towns of Ludlow and Springfield are roughly 15 minutes away in their respective directions with tons of dining options and activities. New England Cider donuts is right on Main St. in Ludlow which is a great spot for breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Okemo Mountain is a great hiking experience also found in Ludlow. If you find yourself looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, don’t give it a second thought and just book this place you won’t regret it!

This house is perfect for a family ski weekend getaway! Beautifully tucked away on a quiet road yet a super short drive from lots to do, skiing, etc. Beautiful and comfortable interior, our son and dogs were right at home too. Jeanne really thought of everything with the welcome basket! We have added this one to our favorites 😊👏🏻

Jeff’s Airbnb was amazing and we had a wonderful stay! There was ample room for 8 in both the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area. We were comfortable and would definitely come back again!

This is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy Okemo. We went up to celebrate my brother’s birthday and there was plenty of room for us all. A great community space to hang out after a long day on the slopes!

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

Incredible home and host! This place was lake house cabin meets modern. The views are incredible, we had an amazing time. The hot tub was worth the additional purchase. The home is spacious and clean. It’s private enough but still close to local towns for good food and fun. I would highly recommend this place :)

Very responsive, friendly and welcoming hosts. House has lots of character, was charming, cozy, clean and clearly cherished. Furniture and beds were all so cozy. The attention to detail in the house was amazing- plenty of thoughtful amenities that added lots of value to our stay. We did not want to leave! We especially appreciate that our dogs were welcome. Totally recommend this place.
