On the first floor, there is a large open-plan kitchen and living room with a window that offers a direct view of Plaza Mayor. It also features 1 master bedroom and 1 bathroom. Upstairs in the duplex, we find the master bedroom with its own bathroom, which has a shower and bathtub, as well as Velux windows overlooking Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. In addition, there is a utility area with a closet and another bathroom. In total, the apartment has three bathrooms. Finally, on this floor, there is a bedroom with two 90-cm (35-in) single beds that offers magnificent views of the Cathedral.

It features two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the river on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, which opens onto the patio and the porch. Great attention has been paid to lighting and comfort.
