Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique et très lumineux. L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer ces quelques jours. Malheureusement, la météo n’était pas favorable (pluie glacée ) mais comme l’appartement est très agréable, ce n’était pas un problème de rester à l’intérieur. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur bienveillance continue et leur aides . Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 5. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, de la table de ping-pong et de la quiétude du lieu. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Nous avons un excellent séjour dans le logement de Julie qui nous réservé un excellent accueil. L’endroit est décoré avec goût. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Les restaurants et activités sont à proximité, Le lac juste à côté !!! Evian est une ville très agréable à 2 pas de la suisse. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons !

Superbe logement , l'appartement de montagne a été rénové avec goût et lui donne un super cachet. Bien situé on peut aller facilement a pieds au village et pour le trail de Bernex , c'était top nous étions a moîs de 5 mn du départ . je reviendrai ici si je refais ce superbe trail.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön und ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Blick auf den See: wunderbar. Zwar hört man die Straße etwas, aber durch den großen Park vor dem Haus ist es nicht laut. Check in war problemlos, die Kommunikation total unkompliziert. Wir hätten gerne noch eine Nacht verlängert, aber leider war die Wohnung dann schon wieder belegt. Kostenfreies Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, von Waschmittel bis Duschgel stand alles zur Verfügung. Das erlebt man selten so komfortabel. Also alles in allem: top Wohnung zu fairen Konditionen! Jederzeit würden wir wieder hierherkommen.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property! Very friendly and accommodating hosts, ready to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, amazing serene environment and views of the lake and surrounding picturesque villages, tastefully decorated and extremely clean first floor of a nice villa, lot of interesting places to visit in nearby art and cultural centers - everything for a very enjoyable vacation! My only recommendation for future guests is to rent a car as the property is not very close to public transport. Thank you Danielle!

Si vous cherchez un bel appartement au coeur de la ville d'Evian, n'allez plus loin et louez celui-ci. Il est situé dans un immeuble neuf de qualité, meublé simplement mais avec goût et parfaitement équipé. Le parking est très pratique et accessible par ascenseur à partir de l'appartement ... mais il nous semble cependant préférable de ne pas avoir un très gros véhicule. A noter l'accueil particulièrement aimable et attentif de Régina, et ses instructions heureusement très précises pour arriver à l'immeuble sans surtout tenir compte des indications erronées du GPS (pour le moment au moins). Procédure de départ on ne peut plus simple. En résumé : parfait en tout point !

Die Wohnung von Jaid ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, man fühlt sich wohl und es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Sie liegt in der Fußgängerzone, so dass man im Parkhaus parken muss oder evtl. oben am Berg bei der Funiculare. Bleibt man länger kann man vorab im Internet ein vergünstigten Parklücke kaufen, was wir leider zu spät herausgefunden haben.

I had a very lovely time in Montreux at Gwendoline’s apartment. I can say that this has been my best Airbnb stay so far. The apartment is so beautifully done, spacious enough for two people. It has a balcony and a lake view which is so pretty. It is just 10 mins away from the city centre so very convenient to go see all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re in the area.

Renata, je was werkelijk een geweldige gastvrouw, die het je gasten continu en proactief zo plezierig mogelijk maakte. Onze woning was een recent in stijl verbouwde schuur voorzien van alle gemakken. Al had de keuken een wel erg 'authentiek' karakter. De ligging is uniek en biedt uitzicht op de prachtige tuin van jullie landgoed met in de verte Lac Leman. Ook de ligging is super praktisch: in 5 minuten loop je naar de boulevard en in 15 minuten loop je naar het station: met elke 15 minuten een trein naar Genève of Lausanne. Renata, we hebben bijna onzwiters genoten, fijn dat je dit paradijsje met ons wilde delen en we komen graag nog eens bij je terug. Henk en Corianne

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Perfect for bars and restaurants too! A fabulous place in lovely Evian-Les- Baines,

Beau studio très bien placé 10mn à pied du centre ville, très belle vue. Rue avec bcp de circulation mais porte fermée c'était convenable. Superbe accueil de Frédéric nous donnant qq infos sur restaurants et lieux à visiter. Place de parking privée +++ car compliqué de stationner à Evian. Nous reviendrons👍🤩

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich aussergewöhnlich und wir konnten es sehr geniessen. Alain hat extra Holz und Material für den Brasero zur Verfügung gestellt und hat auch die Kinoleinwand für uns installiert oder das Bier aufgefüllt, als es leer war. Wir fühlten uns äusserst gut umsorgt und die Location mit den ganzen Ausstattungen ist wirklich einmalig. Von der gemütlichen Grillstelle, über die hammer Bar mit allen Annehmlichkeiten bis hin zu Whirlpool und Kino, war es einfach ein aussergewöhnlicher und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

It was a beautiful apartment with a great balcony view over the lake. Though we checked in a bit later than stated 4 pm, due to Charlene needing to fix the kitchen sink. But she was very friendly and informed us earlier and helped with all the necessary information and instructions to get to the place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jérémie et Francine. Tout était absolument parfait : le confort de l’hébergement, ainsi que l’attention portée aux moindres détails. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci pour leur gentillesse. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !

Ich kann die Wohnung von Jasmin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jasmin und Adam waren äußerst freundlich und stets für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge. Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert – sie bietet viele schöne Orte und faszinierende Aussichten. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein und für eine große Familie, die selbst kochen möchte, nur bedingt geeignet.

L’emplacement et la taille du chalet sont conformes à nos attentes . Nous avons pu tout faire à pied sans pendre les voitures . Il y a tout dans le chalet même le café ! Parfait pour nous 6 et facilement pour 8. Le seul point que j’ai moins aimé est le fait que les lits simples soient à roulettes . Ça tangue un peu . Merci pour ce beau séjour et à ce bon jacuzzi .
