Generous windows let in a lot of light. The natural wood construction creates a warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The small wood-burning stove with a large glass window in the door provides cozy warmth. A large terrace in front of the house allows convenient access to the house and offers plenty of space.

The place is located between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

It feels like you are at the edge of the world here, a garden full of trees with a view of the Mecklenburg prairie. The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

Peenehof Köppen - Sleeping barrel "Hannah"

On our Peenehof, in addition to fishing ponds, a guest pavilion and lots of nature, there are the two sleeping barrels "Hannah" & "Jette." In addition to comfortable seating including a table, there is heating, light and electricity. Our barrels have up to four sleeping places. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilets and showers are located in our adjoining pavilion. It also includes a playground, fishing ponds, fitness equipment and a petting zoo.

Wabi Sabi Cottage I in the Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
