The house has warm spaces, a suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a Scottish shower. Equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning fireplace, mini-pool and good sound system. Quick access to the Wine Route, the Andes Mountains and the Mendoza River.

Located in La Puntilla at the beginning of the wine route, close to numerous wineries. Two minutes from Mall Palmares! Includes 4 hours of cleaning Monday through Saturday (not Sundays and holidays). It is a review of common areas. More hours can be added at an extra cost. An exquisite breakfast is available at an additional cost.

The house is located within a condominium. Not suitable for parties, farewells or events. Only for FAMILIES OR GROUP OF COUPLES Casa Manu is located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, in a safe and quiet area, it is a very nice and well-equipped house, it is in a place close to wineries and excellent restaurants. It has a barbecue, swimming pool, own garden and garage parking. Maximum two cars, (one inside the garage, the second on the sidewalk in front of the house).

Beautiful artist's house in Chacras de Coria

The space is the back of my house. It is completely independent from the front part, as it is entered from the side of the house. It has a private bathroom, living room, kitchen and a gallery overlooking the garden and pool. The accommodation is very spacious and bright, with a large number of paintings and drawings, as I am a visual artist. This is an ideal area in Mendoza, as it is quieter and cooler than the city, allowing you to rest from the Mendoza heat.
