Charming cottage in an all-round style, in Sandnäset 700 m from the Lule River. The cottage has three rooms, bedroom with two beds,living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy terrace under the roof is available with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet.You have the cabin to yourself! Swimming beach available on Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Tips for activities and attractions in Luleå and Norrbotten, can be found in the cottage. Peaceful, quiet, private and cozy house at the end of the road, nestled between forest and sea. Free panoramic views north over the sea provide excellent opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Cozy room with private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Free parking and electric car charging. Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!

In winter, there is the ice path that is used by skaters, flans, cyclists and joggers. You will find the beach, ice road, walking paths, park, museum, city within 10 minutes walking distance.

Newly-built house with all the amenities

Newly built attic house 24m2 + loft with all the amenities 6.8 km from Luleå city center. Luleå University is only 5.3 km away. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as the host family, live in the main building on the same plot and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property.
