The villa has 2 double beds, 2 single beds, a large living room sofa set and a fully equipped kitchen and all white appliances. It is located 15 minutes from the center of Silivri, 40 minutes from Istanbul New Airport, 20 minutes from Çorlu Airport and 5 minutes from Silivri beaches. The front and back gardens are covered with grass; there is a seating area in the front garden and a dining table in the back garden. Our luxury villa has an alarm system.

In your bed or by the fireplace, if you like. We have a barbecue in the garden, there is nothing like chatting by the barbecue. Our village is quiet, calm, peaceful. We are waiting for you.

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

It is just 1,500 meters from the Bulgarian border and 11 kilometers from the stunning beaches of İğneada on the Black Sea. Nestled within the picturesque Istranca forests, our farm offers breathtaking views worthy of a painting. The farm is 220 kilometers (approximately a 2.5-hour drive) from Istanbul.

Vera House is the result of a family’s dedication and two generations of vision. Originally built in the early 2000s by my father, an ITU-graduate civil engineer, the house was completely redesigned by me in 2023, as an architect, with one purpose: to create a place where people truly slow down and feel good.Evenings by the fireplace, conversations around the fire pit, and time spent in the warm pool define the spirit of Vera House.
