Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lumpkin County

Beautiful large home for a wonderful getaway weekend with some friends! The home was very clean and Leland was very attentive and communicative. The neighborhood was very quiet, super close to downtown and our planned activities. The house was a bit of a maze with the two staircases but we quickly got the hang of the layout. Just a warning of the steep driveway! Overall wonderful stay and would definitely book the house again in the future.

We surprised my husband for Father’s Day and are so glad we chose this home! It was perfect for bonding time with the kids. We loved playing the games together in the Game Room, enjoyed dining outside on the patio, roasted SMORES over the fire, and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to enjoy most of our meals together at the home. The showers were huge and our family of six had ample space to feel right at home. Very clean and well-kept property! You can’t go wrong picking this home; so many lovely little and big things done to make your stay a great one.

This cabin in Cleveland, GA, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting. The spacious deck with a hot tub was a dream, especially with the soothing sound of the creek flowing behind the cabin. It made for the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Inside, everything was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was great—close enough to Helen, Tallulah Gorge, and Anna Ruby Falls, but still tucked away for a quiet, private getaway. If you're looking for a cabin that offers both adventure and relaxation, this is the spot. We can’t recommend it enough and would love to come back!

A beautiful Georgia home for my son's homecoming and spending a relaxing weekend with his Army buddies with cookouts and relaxation after a 400-day deployment. When we come back to Georgia again, we will definitely see if Megan's place is available again when we visit again.

This house was in a great location and was perfect for what we needed. So much space for multiple families to spread out. Close to town and other activities but far enough out to feel peaceful. My only caution is that if someone struggles with stairs they will not be able to get to the hot tub or fire pit area but maybe I should have been able to tell that if I read closer. We had a great time living in our own little Hallmark movie during our get away.

This was an amazing location. The bedrooms were stunning. The view from the porch was great. My daughter had the opportunity to get on the Hammock it was so relaxing. One of the highlights for my kids was the garage that had multiple games in there. The kitchen was fully loaded, the beds were super comfortable. The driveway had enough space for multiple cars. We didn’t try out the hot tub, but it definitely looked enticing. The fire pit was everything and if we ever visit during the fall, we be sure to light it up thank you so much.

Our family of 4 (2 kids) had a wonderful stay! Brian and Victoria are incredibly responsive and truly wanted to make our stay special. They went above and beyond sharing information about the area prior to coming so that we could make the most of our time there. The house is the best equipped home I’ve ever rented - very well stocked and clean kitchen, blankets in every room, firewood and lighters, charging cords, laundry stain remover, etc. I could go on. They thought of all the little details to make it like you’re walking into your own home. Brian and Victoria are amazing hosts and they have a beautiful home that is close to beautiful waterfalls, kid-friendly wineries, downtown Dahlonega. It really was everything we wanted in a family getaway!

Very nice home and lots of amenities for our group of kids to do. We loved the game room in the basement. Our big kids enjoyed the bunk beds area. We enjoyed staying here very much. Michael was very quick with responding to our questions and needs. He was very helpful with recommending things for us to do and places to eat.

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was close to kayaking, wineries, and not far from the downtown area. It was clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Firstly, host was super responsive and helpful. Accommodations clean with clear instructions, all new appliances large and small, really fun game room that was easy to access and had plenty to do inside. Nice porch to look over field clearing, frequented by wildlife such as dear, rabbits, turkey and amazing firefly watching! Not far from town but secluded location. Cabin was great set up for families with kids.

What a beautiful and serene place for a girls weekend away. We enjoyed wine tasting by day and dinner at home with winding down in the hot tub. Thank you so much, the property was beautiful.

Adorable cabin in Dahlonega. A beautiful place to relax with lots to do nearby. Tracy was very personable and friendly when we needed to chat by phone or message.

The house was great and exactly as described. Frank was very helpful and provided lots of great local suggestions. We tried several of his suggestions, but we would add Doghobble Winery to the list…it was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

Rental had everything you needed plus more. Very comfortable. Only note is that you can hear cars passing from the road. Not completely silent in the woods. But host was amazing and all amenities you could need. Amazingly close to wineries!

This was my second time staying at Arthur & Ann’s beautiful property, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. I came back as I wanted to share the experience with more friends and it did not disappoint. The beds are comfortable, the rooms on separate floors gave everyone a feeling of personal space, and the area is easily accessible while still being peaceful and stunning. We enjoyed great hikes, wineries, and restaurants in the area. Arthur provides thoughtful and detailed communication throughout the entire process, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We appreciate their continued care and hospitality- can’t wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful property. Upon exiting our cars-we could instantly hear the soothing sounds of the waterfall. Gorgeous property. House was very nice and large enough for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans needed. There were plenty of towels. Loved that there was a washer and dryer available. Beautiful home for our family vacation.
